I always try but it ends up getting all like wrinkly in the crease of my eye. and I even pull out my lid a little, but it ends up looking stupid. tips?How can I do that cool winged eyeliner?

Don't pull it your lid out too much. That will only make it look silly. Start by drawing a line with the line from the center (where your iris begins) and draw across, going a little bit past where your eyelid ends. Where you stop, lift the liner up turning it at an angle, and draw back to the center. The ';winged'; look looks great with fake eyelashes. I usually take the individual kind and add them near the end of the eyelid so they pop.
Stop and look back at yourself before you keep adding on. Unless you want to look like Amy Winehouse! :/

Gosh Cosmetics makes a great product called Extreme Art Eyeliner. It is a fabululous product, the best eyeliner I've ever used. It never ever smudges and you never need to reapply it from morning until night. It looks the same when you take it off at night as when you put it on in the morning. You can buy it at Shoppers Drug Mart at the beauty boutique. What I do is take some make up remover like neutrogena and run it right below my eyeliner or above it and that keeps it from smuding all day. Not alot just like dip your finger and kinda rub some of it off on your thumb to dry it just a tad and then apply. Works like magic.

okay heres what i do (i have blue eyes too)
first i do foundation (i personally like maybelline mineral powder but they have liquid foundation too)
then i apply eyeliner, the way you do it sounds good (but try to smear the bottom liner and not go all the way to the inner corner of your eye and on the top lash line try to get it inbetween the lashes)
then i use a brown cream eyeshadow (from revlon its has four colors in it and its called illuminance cream shadow in precious metals 05)
then i use a brush for the crease of your eyes and apply a darker brown in the outer crease (almay intense i-color powder shadow in trio for blues 202)
then i take an angled eyeliner brush and apply a thin line of black along the top lash line so that it looks more natural then the straight harsh line from and eyeliner stick (rimmel london special in 214 jet black)
you can get all these products at your local cvs or walmart or any stores like those
okay for the crease step i dont know if i explaned it too well so ill show you a picture

okay so line your eyes on the top with black eye liner like you have been doing. and do mascara on the top and bottom. don't make the bottom look to chunky though. make it look natural by swiping a q-tip across your eye lashes after you have applied the mascara. then use white eye liner in the inner corners of your eyes. since the inner corners are the narrowest part that you can line and it will make them appear bigger, naturally making your eyes look bigger. also try lining with white liner on your bottom lash line (practically draw on them with the pencil.) this doesn't make the white liner noticeable, it just makes the eyes look wider. i know you said you didn't like using white, but believe me it really is the key if you want bigger looking eyes.
try to wash ur eyes with cold water every day and do exercise of eyes by shutting and opening them wide for 5 min in a day ur eyes will become wide open in a month

Mark by Avon has a great liquid eyeliner. Easy to use, no smudging %26amp; it doesn't dry out. Also like that it's pocket size easy to fit in my makeup bag.

I had the same problem until i tried the 1 from avon!!! its like a feltip pen and easier to navigate across ur aye....it is abit weak but afew layers does the trick and u can pick it up for bout a fiver.....hope this helped cos i sure wud love the ten points

It is an ultra-sheer nude base that glides on just by using the wand applicator. The base disappears within seconds. It's the ultimate eye prep for smoother, longer-lasting, crease-proof eyeshadow. I know it is an eyeshadow primer, but it should work for eyeliner too. I also love the packaging, it's like a genie bottle.

You need an eye primer. Like Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance both about $16 from Sephora. The primer has silicone in it and in stops the oils in your skin from breaking down your makeup. I put it on my lid and on my lower lash line. An eye primer will rock your makeup world.
with makeup it is not about the price. but have you tried the MAC gel eye liner. because that doesn't happen to me. also use powder in that area with brush before applying any eye makeup. you have to touch up your face during lunch or break. no makeup unfortunately stays on. good luck : )
i had the same problem and i used mac as well and it didnt work, so i just gave up and i started using N.Y.C brow/eye liner pencil and it works wonders....awsome

You need an eye primer. Like Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance both about $16 from Sephora. The primer has silicone in it and in stops the oils in your skin from breaking down your makeup. I put it on my lid and on my lower lash line. An eye primer will rock your makeup world.
with makeup it is not about the price. but have you tried the MAC gel eye liner. because that doesn't happen to me. also use powder in that area with brush before applying any eye makeup. you have to touch up your face during lunch or break. no makeup unfortunately stays on. good luck : )
i had the same problem and i used mac as well and it didnt work, so i just gave up and i started using N.Y.C brow/eye liner pencil and it works wonders....awsome
Are you using liquid?
Because that happens to me as well.
but when I'm using pencil it doesnt happen.
dont put it so close to the corners.
