What are some good, kinda cheap brands of eyeliner and eye shadow that wont smudge?

Im going to a concert and i want to do my makeup really cool, but I need products that wont smear with sweat. any suggestions?What are some good, kinda cheap brands of eyeliner and eye shadow that wont smudge?

at longs drugstore, there is a brand called wild and crazy that has everything from eyeliners, shadows, glosses, lipsticks in a huge variety of colors, and the best part is, EVERYTHING is only a dollar!

I use maybelline unstoppable (in onyx) or relvon color stay (both pencils-ish, the twisty ones)





and prestiege liquid liner over it 2 make sure it doesn't smudge (it comes in a bottle that looks like 19th century ink. its kinda cuuute)
just don't use marker..trust me...lol
Almay eye liner rarely smudge, and the Maybelline mousse eye shadows stay put too!

ever heard of maybelline? their mascara is the tops. do you know how to make your own liner. wet a tiny brush and use eye shadow. ha true
wet n wild has one for 99 cents and its better than the 7 dollar maybelline eyeliner:)
i use a Revlon colourstay eyeliner and its better than alot of others i wear black so when it wears its noticable but i used to wear wet n' wild and this is much better its a little more pricy but worth it, also i wear cover girl eye shadow i believe revlon has a 12 hr eye shadow out now a good trick is to put foundation over your eyelid to help keep your shadow on longer.. good luck!

I use Revlon colorstay eyeliner and Clinique eyeshadow religiously.

I have pretty much given up on regular eyeliner because of the smudging. I recently started using powdered eyeliner applied with a fine brush. It works fabulous, and stays perfect all day! I have used regular eyeshadow with good results, and I have used Target's Sonia or Sonja (can't remember the name - but it's only sold at Target) brand's powdered eyeliner. I don't use the cheesy applicator they include, again, I use a nice very fine brush.

If u can get the techinque down liquid eyeliner is alot better, i doesn't smudge
