What is the best eyeliner you can buy?

I need something that doesn't smear or smudge.What is the best eyeliner you can buy?

i swim compeditively and i needed this too just in case my goggles leaked a little.





urban decays 24/7 crayon liner is the BEST ever. ive tryed every brand out there, and when i say every i mean EVERY, and nothing even compares to this liner. it goes on sooo smooth and its waterproof and smudge proof. it also comes in a bunch of fun colors!!!!

i just found this at walmart for like $5,


its by Jane, i think its gel liner, but more like a cream, it goes on really smooth, comes with a little brush, and the only way to take it off is with a makeup remover, thats how great it is, i think they have black, brown, purple, and mayb blue, but i plan on buying all colors lol

i would recommend the eyeliner you can buy at walmart with the smudge stick and the erase tool


and you can roll it in and out, it works great
It really is a personal choice. Do you prefer liquid, or pencil?





Since every skin type is different, you'll just have to experiment to find out what works best for you.





Just be sure to replace it every six months...
