Does to much eyeliner give a slutty kinda vibe?

No offense to those who like a lot of eyeliner. But I'm going to prom and I really don't want to look slutty or anything and I've had a few friends say that if I put eyeliner all the way to the inside of the lower lid it gives a bad girl look. Is this true or is it just people talking?Does to much eyeliner give a slutty kinda vibe?
i think it depends, the girls who pile on the eyeliner thick all the way around their eyes if u know what i mean , with the eye shadow and tons of mascara , like every day then yes i think it can look slutty or bad girlish. Something like the link below would probably look good for prom just don't over do it on the eye liner. If anything go for a good lengthening,curling and thickening mascara.Not to mention at problem you will be dancing and problem get a lil hot or sweaty so you don't want raccoon eyes or your make up running. i put it on my water line and really.. it depends on how much u put or how u style it and how youe eye shape is. if ur going to wear a neutral eyeshadow look and u put on eyeliner then... no u wont but if your going for a smokey eye its gunna make u look sexy but at the same time u look slutty and not slutty... kinda hard to say haha..i hope u get at where im going lol
haha, it is really just people's opinions. everyone is going to say something different. some will say they like a lot of eyeliner and some will think it's trashy.





for prom i'd keep the makeup subtle, especially if you are wearing a very flashy dress.

Well, if you apply more than you need, then it wouldn't be very appropriate for prom. I think just a line of eyeliner on top would be perfect, but it isn't my face.
sometimes. its better if it's not too heavy. I learned at Sephora if you do a heavy eye liner, use lighter lip stick. Its best to have just one feature ';pop'; or you'll look hoochie, lololol.
you don't want people to notice you wear too much eyeliner. Thats when your wearing too much. Subtle and defining your eyes is the best way, not when people notice your wearing eyeliner.
Too much eye-liner makes you look goth or sick. I've never thought of it as being particularly slutty, but its not appealing.
