How can I make my eyeliner Stay put?

I hate when I put eyeliner on [lower inside rims] and it just smeres underneath my eyes by the end of the day. it makes me looks angry and have hufe dark circles under my eyes. How can I make my eyeliner Stay put?
Ok first of all make sure you're using waterproof eyeliner cuz anything not waterproof is just gonna rub off. And 2nd of all, eyeliner is one of those things you may need to pay more for. The only inexpensive eyeliner i found to be decent is waterproof Prestige. Other than that, Paula Dorf transformer makes an amazing long lasting eyeliner. It basically transforms your eyeshadow into eyeliner and its so great. You can get it at pauladorf.com.How can I make my eyeliner Stay put?
try using a pencil instead .....if you get it done at a solan it never smears!!!
Okay, first of all don't use liquid. Use pencil, cream, or powder and dont apply on rim! Do it right below/along your lash line. Make sure you apply on top too.
well don't put it exactly on the rims of your eye lids, because the moisture in your eyes is what makes it rub off and get all over your skin!! and maybe also try a water proof one so it won't smear at all!

when putting on your eye make-up, don't put it on the lower rims of your eye, one its not healthy for you eyes, and too you will look like a racoon at the end of the day..so apply it right under your lashes, or on your lashes..it looks better too..and don't apply it so thickly because that looks tacky!!!

and always apply eyeliner before and maybe after eyeshadow!

i always put eyeshadow underneath my eyes as well so i apply the liner, and then my eye shadow and if my shadow completely cover up my eyeliner i re-apply just a little bit more of eyeliner..if you do shadow first and then eyeliner your eyeliner will fade in a few hours!!

hope this helps!! =)
stop crying!
pencil, dont put too much
Get a thin brush and the same color powder just dab a little on then you get a washcloth (pre-mascara application) slightly damp and gently press on your eyeliner. This pretty much cements the eyeliner in. It isnt going anywhere all day.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

OK well everyone else has told u to use pencil and well i used to use pencil and had that same problem with me having gym class n everything SO then i thought i would try liquid and mine hasn't smudged since one time i forgot to wash off my make up and it still looked perfect the next day and if i were u i wouldn't go by anything real expensive either i don't i use one that cost like $8 at your local drugstore plus

one more thing make sure you get the kind that is waterproof and when u go to put it on after you apply it then hold your bottom lid down for just a few seconds to kinda give it a little help drying before it touches your eyeball

hope this helps you or if not u figure something out
