I can't seem to get it right. Theres always a spot above my eyelashes where i cant get the eyeliner, and it looks weird.How do you put on eyeliner?

It takes practice! Depending on what type of eyeliner you're using, you could always try blending in the area that you missed with a q-tip. try cream eyeliner. You apply it with a brush, and I find it is a much easier application.
