I love the way it looks AND really would like to know also what eyeshawdow or brand would you suggestHow do apply eyeliner above and below your eyelid?
I'm not a complete expert but, here goes. Step 1. Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Browns, gilded bronzes, and plums are great for lighter eyes and dark eyes can pull off a more drastic black backdrop. Silvers and charcoals look best on green and blue eyes; rich red browns for blue eyes and golds for green eyes. *Note, red tints make eyes look redder and blues make them whiter. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.
Step 2. Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush to double as liner. Personally I don't like doing that.
Step 3. Prepare to apply the eyeliner.
If you are using a pencil, sharpen it (see Warnings). Warm and soften the very tip of the pencil by heating it with a hot zap from a hair dryer. This will help it write smoother.
A liquid liner should be checked for clumps or excess.
*Prepare your smudging pencil and/or brushes.
Step 4. Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water (usually one or two drops) to your brush. Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.
Well.... this is getting to be a big pain but.. since I'm in a rush..
I took about an hour of my time and looked for a good website and here it is. www.wikihow.com/apply-eyeliner

just outline ur eyes with a thin layer and take ur finger and smudge it.
use a skin colored eyeshadow that is like a little lighter then ur skin tone.
hope i helped!
if you are using pencil, for the bottom pretend that you are coloring, don't do your full eye in one line, go over in a couple of times, depending on how dark you want it. for the top do the same. eyeliner i prefer chanel, but if you are on a lower bugdet then go for revlon. eyeshadow i prefer Loreyel.
Eyeliner Pencil
1. Test the eyeliner on your hand or arm first to make sure it'll draw a thin, unmessy line. Either sharpen it until the line is thin enough, or if it is too thin, draw a line on a tissue, which will make the tip thicker.
2. You should hold the eyeliner pencil just like you're holding a writing utensil, which is usually with your more dominant hand. Use the other hand to stretch the eye you are going to line from the outer corner. You can rest your hand holding the pencil against the hand pulling your lid .
3. Don't try to focus on your whole eye lid all at once, rather just look at the part you are drawing on, otherwise you might make a silly mistake. The line should be just above your eye lashes on the top lid and just below on the bottom, and should extend just to the outer corner of your eye. Avoid making it extend too much, or applying too much eyeliner or it can appear to be tacky.
4. Be careful, if your eyeliner pencil tip is dry at all, because it may pull at a delicate eye tissue. Draw the line with care if you come across this problem.
MORE on my blog tho.

basically just follow the line on your eye lashes. if you have asian eyes or smaller eyes than some people, make the liner thicker. the thicker you make the line, the bigger your eyes will look. but don't make it TOO thick!
if you use liquid eye liner, be very careful because it is easier to mess up on but it looks nicer. dior has nice liquid eye liner.
pencil eye liner is probably the most popular and is better if you want to pull off the 'natural' look. mac has really nice pencil ones.
its good to practice one day when you're not going out so you can prefect it. :)
Pull your eyelid up or outward and apply to the inner lid. Besure to remove at the end of the day.
