How do you apply eyeliner to make it look natural and what color should I wear?

I have green eyes,dirty blonde hair, and light eyelashesHow do you apply eyeliner to make it look natural and what color should I wear?
first off you should by a BROWN eyeliner,


apply a THIN line to the UPPER lash line,


LIGHTLY smudge it with a cotton swab,


do NOT apply eyeliner to the bottom or


you will look like a RACOON!

I just resently learned a trick that helps. Use a soft eyeline pencil and just dot on your lids between the lashes and let your mascara do the rest. It looks natural yet beautify your green eyes. Do not use black!
you should wear light brown eye liner for a natural look. Do not apply to heavily or you will look like a ****.
apply pencil liner as close to your lashes as possible, and only do the top lashes. you should wear a brownish color. brown will bring out green eyes the best.
Put it on low and use brown eyeliner...should work?
i would use a mechanical style eye pencil and i personally where glimmersticksby avon and they arent expensive... i would use a BROWN color. black would be too dramatic and unatural on your eyes esp if you have light lashes. small, even, thin strokes from the inside out is best and for the bottoms. Make sure to try to only line the out side corner of your eye ( this really opens your eyes and makes them a key feature on your face) make sure when applying it that you graduate in thickness from the starting point to the end point...

I use a light brown eyeliner. Apply to the top and bottom lightly and remember to blend it in a little. If you want to make your eyes seem bigger, apply only halfway starting on the outside of your eye and go halfway in. It always works for me! Good luck!!!
brown eyeliner, use it on the top, just to the sides furthest to your ears. half way on your lids makes your eyes look really amazing. brown should work but if you think it looks too obvious then use a dull black, closer to gray.
I am a makeup artist and would recommend using a light to medium brown liner..... just on your top lid closest to your lashline..... if you like having liner on the bottom, apply just to the outer edge..... I would also try using a brown mascara since you have light lashes...that will give you the most natural look!

Maybe you should apply to the raw part of your eye. the best color might be blue navy blue or brown.
