Mark by Avon has a great liquid eyeliner. Easy to use, no smudging %26amp; it doesn't dry out. Also like that it's pocket size easy to fit in my makeup bag.
nah there all ****, they all smudge and they all dry up within a couple of weeks, iv tried most being in the beauty business and iv had to go back to pencil.
colourspot 24 hr eyeliner, it's in a pen and great even if you have the shakes. the brown is quite light so go for the black, you can get it at boots

It's WONDERFUL and is cheap! It also lasts forever! I've had the same little pot of black eyeliner for over a year and there's plenty left.
the body shop eye liner is the very best and i use it every day and also lancome is great

i use a really cheap one off the market (constance carroll) it's about 拢1, i think it's fine. i've had it a while and it hasn't dried up. try it, you've not lost much if you don't like it. i don't like to pay a lot for make-up and i find that the cheap stuff is just as good as the expensive stuff most of the time.

Try Maybelline liner express, is great eye liner as i be using this for years.
I have oily eye lids and I have a problem with regular eye liner so I use Maybelline waterproof liquid eye liner and I just love it. It stays on all day long until i take it off at night.
I used to use a great one from Rimmel, the brush was really soft so it didnt look to harsh. Ive got a collection2000 one at the mo and the brush is cack, but I used the Rimmel brush and its ok!
The Rimmel one was about 拢3.50 i think, and the collection2000 one was 99p! No wonder its pants! lol

yup, Rimmel is the best for all day lasting eyeliner, it actually works! Its around 拢3.00, well worth it!

You should try the new gel formulations that are avilable. Bobbi Brown does one that I have in my kit and it's very hard-wearing but easy to remove at the end of the day. You also don't need to use very much so it's proving to be very economical.
Collection 2000 do a good one and best of all, it's really cheap!

I had the same problem until i tried the 1 from avon!!! its like a feltip pen and easier to navigate across ur aye....it is abit weak but afew layers does the trick and u can pick it up for bout a fiver.....hope this helped cos i sure wud love the ten points
either dior or MAC but Mac is the best i use it and it never smudges
