How to correctly apply eyeliner to top and bottom lid?

i dont want it to be super heavy black eyeliner but enough for my eyes to be more noticeable?

well heres for liquid eye liner, i couldnt find one that used pencil

Apply the eyeliner as close to your lashes as possible. Go slowly, bit by bit, so you won't mess up.





With the top lid it is sometimes easier to put a finger on the outside corner of your eye and stretch the eyelid gently to give you a flatter surface on which to apply the liner.





Bottom lids are way easier. If you don't want your eyeliner to look too dramatic, try only lining the bottom lids half-way.





Liquid eyeliner is easiest to start with because it goes on most evenly. Then you can try out pencils.
