How do i put on eyeliner, and make it look somewhat natural?

i've tried putting on eyeliner before, and it looked like i hadn't slept for like a week. anyone have tips on how to put on eyeliner? thanks. How do i put on eyeliner, and make it look somewhat natural?
same thing happen to me too, i would recommend a brown eye liner pencil not liquid eyeliner. then add a eyeshadow on your eye lid and the colour should be similar to the eye pencil colour. then , used a brush or cotton stick to blend the colours, not all of it, just the edge of your eyes. hope this makes you look natural...How do i put on eyeliner, and make it look somewhat natural?
what i like to do is to put it on very very lightly right on ur eye(u no the wet part that just touches ur eye,,,,,, the part ware ur suppost to put on eyeliner)

then as i am putting it on the the corners of my eye i make it darker and darker. then once i reach the corner of my eye i make it really think and black. but once its on u cant really see how much u put on, its just makes ur eye look mysterious and long

try it out and see how great it is!
Don't put it all under the eye then your probably gettng the smudging coming off and then the raccoon eyes for work day time wear at the office you can get away with a soft subtle look you don't need anything to bold or agressive..

start with the outer bottom eye and only draw lightly to mid way point another words your not covering all the eye underneath your starting at the bottom top right hand side and your only going in half way. leaving the rest open.
use a lighter color other than brown. and make sure that you dont put it on so thick. it'll highlight your eyes but also keep it looking naural.
Use a lighter shade (black never looks natural). Personally, I use walnut-brown. You can vary according to your complexion. Liquid liner lacks subtlety, so avoid that if you're trying for a natural look. I use a mechanical pencil, and I make sure the tip is SUPER sharp. I lightly draw my lines as closely to the edge of the lid as possible.
apply in on your inner upper lining of your eyes. it should help
Hi, I actually read this really good article about it, you'll find more useful information there I'm sure, I did

well its eyeliner, its not soposed to be natural, if you want something less.... dramatic... try using the eyeshadow you normally use, wetting some of it down and dabbing that on the lid very close to the lash line.... it really sounds like you are smudging the liner too... if you want to keep using liner, steer clear of black, dark brown or navys, use light gray, tans or white...
OK good..this is what I do.No one can tell I have eye color on.

I use eye pencil not eye liner.

Next In the formof tiny broken lines , put this over the lash line so that itblends withthe lashes.
