What is the Difference between an eye brow pencil and eyeliner? (Besides the obvious)?

I know that one is for eye brow and one is for eye lid but is that the only difference?What is the Difference between an eye brow pencil and eyeliner? (Besides the obvious)?

well ive found dat an eye brow pencil tends 2 have a dufferent type or lead.. it tends 2 be dryer and crumble more than an eye liner wich tends 2 go on smother becuz people usauly line their inner rims and they have 2 glide in order 2 not make their eyes irritated
Eye brow pencils have a higher wax content to keep your brows ';in place'; a bit. That makes them harder than eyeliners.
