What brand of eyeliner is out there that WILL NOT smudge?

I use Maybelline %26amp; it always smudges. On top %26amp; bottom. Do you know any brands that don't?What brand of eyeliner is out there that WILL NOT smudge?
The bottom innerrims tend to smudge because you're blocking your tear duct and your eye is trying to flush it out. You can set your inner rims with a black matte eyeshadow although that isn't recommended it works wonders for me!





As for eyeliner that doesn't smudge, MAC's fluidline is great and so is UrbanDecay's 24/6 glide on eyeliner. That stuff really sticks! I have a terrible time trying to get it off!What brand of eyeliner is out there that WILL NOT smudge?

it doesn't smudge or smear and it won't wear off until you wash it.... trust me on this... i've had my day of smudgy eyeliner and that sucks.... revlon really rocks my socks....!!! if you're looking for the one that isn't dry, this is a perfect choice... lots of makeup artists recommend and fave this product too....... i'm using black because i have dark hair and such.... but charcoal is also great





or if you're using contacts, ALMAY AUTOMATIC EYELINER (retractable pencil one) really works too..... it's hypoallergenic... this comes in black and brown... so black is the best i guess... brown if you want less dramatic look..

the only thing you can really do is use a liquid liner or a primer over your eyes before you put on you eye makeup to help it set
covergirl eyeliner is really nice and never smudges. i really like it.
