How do I wear white eyeliner?

I bought ';Big Gorgeous Eyes'; white eyeliner because I was told it makes your eyes look bigger and more awake.





How do I apply it? Just on the top? A lot? A little?How do I wear white eyeliner?
Do not use a white eyeliner, it looks kind of tacky. Try using a light shade of brown, or even brown eyeliner, they work just as fine.How do I wear white eyeliner?
wel lthey say white eye liner on top makes ur eyes look bigger and if u wear white then I guess wear it or silver glitter looks even better try it see what u like
Line your top lid with white eyeliner. Line the outer half of the bottom with brown eyeliner, and the inner half also with white. It will make your eyes look huge.

put a line on the bottom lid just above ur lashes u know next to ur eyeball,that will make ur eye appear bigger.
Put it in the inner conners of your eye or use a black eyeliner to line a thin line on the top lid, and the white eyeliner to line a thin line too on the bottom lid. Blend well or it would look to harsh.
don't use that. use a light brown or light blues(eye shadows) depending on your hair color under your eyes further down then you would wear regular eyeliner. it looks really cool and you will get a lot of complements. nothing to dark or trashy. unless you have dark skin. if you are pail be care full how dark you go with it.
