It's easy to use and its in the form of a felt tip pen sort of.
Its cheap only about 6 pounds and I've had mine since january and its still isnt running out and I use it nearly every day!

Collection 2000 faststroke liquid eyeliner its about 拢3, ive used it for 4 years and its brilliant! You can get normal or waterproof from boots or superdrug =] xx0x0xx
I have found the best liquid liner in Primark! It costs about a quid but I think it is brill.
Collection 2000 its really cheap but it stays on all day.
Its as good as the expensive brands
i use bourjois for so long it's really good .
