Where can i find a really good eyeliner pencil thats cheap?

all the eyeliners that i have used don't even stay ! i want a really good eyeliner pencil that stays and cheap! can you tell me the store too?i want fake lahes that look natural ! please tell me if you know any brand and store where i can find these things!thank u so much!!!!!Where can i find a really good eyeliner pencil thats cheap?
hahah, i've tried just about every drugstore eyeliner out there and they all fade away from my waterline, smudge down my face, or get all over the place!


stli-style at cvs works the best! it lasts all day, and its waterproof so it wont smudge on the waterline, unless you like rub all over it!


at target, get ardell lashes. many makeup artists use them and they are only $2-3. the package doesnt say ardell usually and there is no ardell section. the lashes rest on a pink plastic container held in a triangular box. above one lash, it says the number, such as 105, and above the other it says the color.

you also need an eyelash adhesive, DUO is the best, it is available at mac stores and counters, but it is $8


it comes in a HUGE tube though.

i found a really good eyelash adhesive that lasts all day but it wont stay on for EVER like duo, at target the lash adhesive is next to the lashes, it just says eyelash adhesive on it and i cant find a pic, sorry!


to take them off, just peel them from the outside and pull gently.


it can be hard at first, but you get used to it!

before you put on your eyeliner put some conceler under your eyes , one that is a close match to your skin tone. And carry powder with you at all times to cover up any smudges.

covergirl's kohl pencil eyeliners are pretty awesome....also maybelline's eyeliner in their define-a makeup line is great and comes with a smudger and sharpener on the opposite end!
you can go to walgreens for eyeliner cuz its cheap. and you can go to claires or somewhere like that for fake lashes.
CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart are your friends.
