The general purpose of mascara is to emphasize, thicken, lengthen, and define lashes. Like a frame around a picture, eye liner makes your eyes stand out.
Eyeliner lines the edge of your eyelid and makes you eyes more define and bigger for a more seductive and hot sexy look.





Also mascara is for you to curl and enahce the look ofyou eyelash.

The purpose of eyeliner and mascara is so the your eyes are intensified. My advice? You usually want to wear one or the other. Both just look like too much makeup. Here are some tips that helped me:





Blue eyes? Brown mascara or eyeliner


Green eyes? Black or dark brown


Brown eyes? Go with a plum color





I also like to use the self-sharpening pencils, they're easier to use and reduce the risk of ';accidents';.
mascara makes your eye lashes look soooo much longer, fuller and darker, it also makes them look so much prettier! eye liner brings out your eyes but personally i don't like to much eyeliner i think it looks kinda trashy.

umm, to help eyes stand out more / look bigger?? mascara goes oln you eyelashes and eyeliner goes around your eyes (not neccesarily all the way though) as close to your eyelashes as you can get it.
