Do you ever use white eyeliner along side the black to get a wide eyed look?

How do you apply the white?Do you ever use white eyeliner along side the black to get a wide eyed look?
The white is applied on the inner part of your bottom line. Trace it gently, then apply black on top. The white should be slightly visible, but only barely.

Alternatively, dab the white on the inner corners of your eyes, and trace everything else with black. I don't like this method, though, because it looks somewhat fake.Do you ever use white eyeliner along side the black to get a wide eyed look?
White goes on the dewline/wetline. Black goes below the lower lashes. Personally, I don't think this trick works as advertised. If anything, it plays up the light/dark contrast between lashes and eyeball, but wider? I don't see it.

Good luck though.
i think it is applied on the bottom line of your eyes (the white one)
