Don't. You'll regret it sooner or later, I assure you.

The only way to do it permanently would be to have it tattooed on, and you really don't want to get a tattoo on your hand - it would close so many doors for you in the future. It might not seem like a big deal for you right now, but don't narrow your options. Some people (particularly employers) really do judge on appearances. If you must get a tattoo, get it done somewhere you can hide it easily.
i'm same as you. i want it to be permanent. in the next few weeks i'm going to find a salon that specializes in permanent eyemakeup. it's a tattoo sort of process but not so deep that it will NEVER go away. from what i've read the permanent eyemakeup is supposed to last for several years, and then gradually fade. this would be great for me, maybe great for you. but DON'T go to a tattoo artist , they go too deep and it would NEVER come off.
Sorry. You can't. Go get the ';tattooo thing'; done as a real tatto. Eyeliner will eventually wash off. It can't be permanent unless you go to a cosmetology specialist and get permanent makeup done.
Lightly brush face powder over it. But it's not going to really be permanent. You can also try putting clear liquid Band-Aid on it first, then a slight dusting of the powder.
what does pernamet mean? by pernamet you mean remove, then just take a washcloth and wipe it off
get a tatooa small 1 wont cost 2 much or a henna pen
Go to a tatto artist. She can make it permanent!
