How do you put on pencil eyeliner?

Okay stupid question but how do you put on pencil eyeliner? I watched a video but they dont show the eye up close so i can see EXACTLY where to put it. Can anyone EXPLAIN how to put it on? If not do you know a video or some sort of thing i can look at that shows me how?How do you put on pencil eyeliner?
Usually, pencil eyeliners are used for your waterline. This is the strip of skin above your lower eyelashes. Some apply pencil eyeliner below their bottom eyelashes, especially those with sensitive eyes.How do you put on pencil eyeliner?
you can do one of two things, or even both.








1)





pull the skin under your eye down slightly until you can see a clean whiteish line, that doesnt actually touch your eye..





use the pencil to go over that line to make it black or whatever color


once your comfortable with putting it on you can pull the top part of your eye up and put it in a similar whiteish place, thats a little harder though, if you do this is one it might make your eyes water a little bit.





2)





pull the corner of your eye out a little and draw a line UNDER your eyelashes, you have to do this quite carefully otherwise it can go a little pear shaped

use the pencil to go over that line to make it black or whatever color

Start slightly inside of center at your top lid - or if you prefer going all the way to the tear duct are you can but start THIN there and expand a little as you draw outward towards the outside edge of your eye. Make sure your pencil is sharp and if you have small, thin or narrow eye lids you might have to hold your lid back a bit to access your eye lid. My eye lids are pretty BIG so I just have to close my one eye to apply eye liners.





You might try the website marykay.com and they might have some HOW TO videos to watch about applying make up there. It's pretty thorough.
-alrite to make it go on easyier take a lighter or a hair ddryer and heat it up


-when ur done with that [make sure its not dripping! u only need it barley warm!


-then pull down ur skin below ur bottom eylelid and u kno the place between ur eylelash and ur eye applyit there just gluide it from one side of the eye to the other.








for the top of the eye:


-heat it up again


-now for this all you do is gluide it agaist the part bettween ur eye and eyelash








!you dont want to put it below ur eyelashes on either the upper o r lower lid because it will look to ovr powering and will smudge and last alot shorter time.!

Gently rub it across your top lashes. If you want some on the bottome too, use very little.
