loreal is a great one. its got a brush tip so you don't have to have a steady hand and the brush is super thin. also the liner lasts super long and it doesn't clump.I'm looking for a liquid eyeliner with which I can apply a very thin line?

covergirl has a good one...i use it....very easy to put on, thin brush, and dries quickly
