How do you apply pencil eyeliner?

I want it to look as natural as possible but I still want my eyes to ';pop.'; How do you apply pencil eyeliner like that?.

Depends on your skin tone, but just a medium-light brown works for me =]. Or simply putting black on the inner eye line, right above the bottom lash and below the top...but many people say they don't like doing that and it's a little uncomfortable.
well you put it agains your eye lids and move the pencil!!!!
