How can i not let my eyeliner smudge and stay on?

i put it on and in less than 5 minutes it smudges or comes off.


how can i stop this from happening oh ya and btw i use ''expertwear'' by maybelline

ues revlon colorstay. its water proof and doesn't smudge. comes in a lot of different colors and is really easy to apply. when using it if you want that smokey look just add a little black (or whatever color you use) eyeshadow over it with an eye liner brush. okay don't buy the dollar store kind buy mary kay DUH
take a little more time and do it right. try a waterproof eyeliner or a liquid. and set the eyeliner with a powder to make it last
Sometimes it may not be the eyeliner. It can be that your face is on the oily side thus the eyeliner will slide.





I recommend that u put on concealer on the eyelid and gently pat on some powder then line your eyes. This can help to make it last longer.
