It's called Islands in the stream. Its black and the other side's green/blue. How am i supposed to use this?What can i do with a NYC eyeliner duet?
in the past NYC eyeliners have been rubbish for me very hard and so dont go on very well
but basically id use a line of the colour round my eyes and then a very thin line of black on top of the a use a brush to blend them together
