Yeah. Other than black I would say a deep blue or green.
They can help bring out eye colour well and work well with your skin tone.
It does depend on how tanned you are.

Eyeliner:
Black or blue. Blue eyeliner will make your eyes look lighter and give them a little more depth.
Eye Shadow:
Brown eyes can look good with any color, but Pinks and purples look especially pretty.
