So i bought my new eyeliner, thinking it was the kind i normally get, and it was hard for me to get it out, but now it wont come down!! Help!?!How does my line stylist eyeliner retract back into the tube?
There are several kinds of eyeliner that won't retract. They will come out of the the 'pen' in really small amounts each time you turn them. If you're talking about Maybelline, my unstoppable eyeliner from that line will retract. It could be that the liner got stuck , like when chapstick won't go back in the tube w/o pushing it down. You could gently push down as you turn, but if it's stuck there are no guarantees. Good luck!
