How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?

I have really blue eyes, my eyes are big but there is almost no lid on them and whenever i use eyeliner they work against their natural shape and make them look smaller.. any advice?How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?
use white eyeliner, it opens up your eyes. if you don't want to use all around you eye, do your eyeliner normal, except in the tearduct area put white eyeliner.How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?
Putting your eyeliner on so it's harsh and darker will make your eyes look smaller. If you go with something light and smokey, and only apply it under your eyelashes on the bottom, as opposed to on the water line, it should make your eyes look bigger than if you had darker eyeliner on. And if you apply from just the middle, to the outer corner of your eye on top, it should make them look wider, if that's the problem. Hope this helps :)

Dont use a lot of eyeliner on your eyes. Try putting eyeliner on the top of your eyelid. Just above the eyelashes. I personally, dont use eye liner, mascara works just fine. It depends on the person though
Use dark eyeliner on the top of the line , and use a white liner on the inside lid on the bottom. This makes your eyes look wider. When you put dark liner on the bottom, your eyes look narrow. Happy lining :)
Make sure you only line the top because lining the whole eye makes them look smaller, and especially since your eyes are light, go easy on the black eyeliner. You could also try some different colors to compliment the blue.
How To Apply Pencil Eyeliner
Put eyeliner on the outter edge of the eye lightly and only on the top of the eye! If you don't want to use use any eye liner invest in some Bad Gal Lash by Benefit!
just go against your eyelashes on the top lid and put a tiny bit on the bottom and use the smudger to create a dramatic cute look!
maybe you could try a dark eyeliner on the bottom (around the bottom of your eye, not the lid) and then use a lighter shade of eyeshadow.
get it as close as possible to your lash line a make it really thin....... then extend it out a TINY bit like little cat eyes, but keep it a thin line
don't rim your whole eye...just the outer corners...I have blue eyes too...you could maybe try a navy blue liner instead of black( I'm assuming you tried black, already)
Put the eyeliner under ur eye it will make ur eyes stand out more
use brown eyeliner on top makes your eyes pop and keeps the pretty shape
