What's a good brand for eye pencil or eyeliner for smoky effect eyes?

i got tired of those that comes off when wet and make my eyes look dark. What's a good brand for eye pencil or eyeliner for smoky effect eyes?
I wear the smoky look every day and I've been using CoverGirl's Perfect Point Plus for as long as I can remember. It's a twist-up pencil that comes in a plastic tube, so you never have to sharpen it. Also, it's softer than the majority of pencils, so it goes on smooth and doesn't scratch your eyes. Each stick has a built-in sponge smudger at the end, which is great for creating a soft, smoky look.

If eyeliners usually irritate your eyes, Physician's Formula also makes basically the same product, but it's formulated for contact wearers to be less likely to cause irritation. It's about a dollar more expensive than the CoverGirl, but for less irritation, it's worth it.What's a good brand for eye pencil or eyeliner for smoky effect eyes?
try mac or stila for their smudge pots. you apply the gel liner with a brush, they last longer %26amp; look cleaner / neater than just plain liner. THENNN, apply dark eyeshadow with a brush and smudge that. try to find the dark eyeshadow with some sort of reflect like veluxe in mac shadows -- it has some glittery stuff to it so that it doesnt look dull! good luck!!
Go to sephora.com and they are a great beauty website!!
mary kate and ashley....the eyeliner that you never have to sharpen...it works great and its only like 3 bucks! I get mine at walmart
whatever you get make sure you buy a pencil and not those automatic ones they stay on longer
have you tired looking at the Avon range ?? good luck xxx
use annabelle its really good and less smudging
Try MAC eyeliner it stay put on for hours and dont smudge.

But personally I prefer gel eyeliner (i really love it) from Bobbi brown or stila then you can blend it to achieve smoky eyes look, and this is water proof.
