What is the best drugstore brand of cream/gel eyeliner and brush?

i've tried pencil eyeliner and liquid eyeliner. i want to try gel eyeliner. what is a good drugstore brand of gel eyeliner i can use? also, what is a good drugstore brand gel eyeliner brush i can use? i need a brush that is stiff and isn't too big.What is the best drugstore brand of cream/gel eyeliner and brush?
wet n wild! its cheap and it works just as good as mac's and loreal's gel liner. it has its own brush but use coastal scents brush. works better!What is the best drugstore brand of cream/gel eyeliner and brush?
I know that you are wanting a drug store brand but I would tell you to use Avon. I buy from them because they really aren't that expensive. Most of the product i buy from them is around the same price i would spend in a store and i know that it Will work. They have a great gel eyeliner and a slanted brush set for about eight bucks! You could buy both in the store for the same amount with less of a guarantee that it would work.
