Is it safe to line you're waterline with white eyeliner or eyeliner in general?Is it safe to line you're water line with white eyeliner?
I've been doing it for years now and I'm fine! :)


Just be careful and patient when applying it so your hand doesn't slip and jolt your pencil eyeliner in your eye! (no joke!!)

Oh definetly, i've been wearing it their for about 4 years now, never had a single problem.


But just remember, NEVER use liquid eyeliner their!


Get a pencil!


I did it once and my eyes burned for about 3 hours and i felt like i was going to die, yeah...that bad.


And as for the white part, im not so sure.


It depends on what color and size your eyes are, try posting a picture of your eyes,


like, if youve got small, asian like eyes, white eyeliner will make your eyes look bigger, if thats what you want.


And black will make em look smaller,


and if youve got biggg eyes, and wanna make em look normal size, black is for you(:


Even if your eye color is like green or blue, and you can even expirement with different colored eyeliner, like blue or purple.


But it all depends you know, just judge for yourself from the information i gave you(:

Yeah i do it all the time and it's always been fine for me but everyones differen't.. Just try it and see how you feel :)
that is the only place i put it and it hasn't done anything to me. It didn't even rub off onto my eyeballs.
