Yes, i guess. But it takes a lot of it to barley show up. And it usually dosen't glide on like eyeliner is soposted to, and could hurt your eye. I don't recommend it.Can eyebrow pencil also be used as eyeliner?

it depends how dark it is. don't use dark. eyebrow pencil can be used, but don't stwich it cuase it looks wierd ;)
It depends on the brand. I've used maybelline eyebrow pencil for eyeliner in a pinch and it worked fine. Others don't do as well.
