Im very pale and I have hazel eyes.I use pencil eyeliner which I like so that's all.I wear black which I like but I want a little more variety.What type of eyeliner should I wear?
wear light brown, because the black contasts your eyes too much and makes you look tired. darker eyeliners suit darker complexions. Trust me, i have a dark complexion and peopel are always commenting me about my eyes.What type of eyeliner should I wear?
