Yes and No, It depends on the mascara %26amp; eyeliner some seem to never come off and others seem like they are not waterproof at all!





Most eye makeup removers remove waterproof makeup just check and make sure it says removes waterproof makeup.

yup it surely does. :) just use an oil free makeup remover. i use mary kay and its amazing! :) but theres also makeup removing wipes that you can find in like wal mart and walgreens and they work well too! probably cheaper. ;) have fun at the water park!
It doesn't for me. i think it has something to do with the chlorine. eye makeup remover usually works, but some brands are better than others.
Just use waterproof makeup remover/wipes :). If you get a good brand like No7 it will work at a waterpark :)
