How to stop eyeliner from smudging?

Okay i want to start using eyeliner at school, but everytime i use it at home. It always smudges and doesnt stay along time. And the eyeliner gets stuck under my wrinkles in my eyes, and I dont like that. Any help would be great! How to stop eyeliner from smudging?
on top of all that advice, make sure that you do not remove with oil or Vaseline...these products stay on the skin and make you makeup come off faster the next dayHow to stop eyeliner from smudging?
use a good quality eyeliner like mary kay, dont put too much on and DO NOT rub your eyes.
I recently tried a gel eye liner by Bobbi Brown. It is long lasting and hasn't smudged on me. It takes a little getting used to applying it instead of the pencil style, but it definitely lasts longer. The other thing they recommended at the make-up counter is not to apply eye liner on the lower part of your eye, just the upper eyelid. It actually opened up my eyes and no more smudges under my eyes!
Try angle brush when applying eyes liner, if you are not sure what angle brush looks like..check it out at MAC.

It doesn't hurt to have an angle brush in your collection as it can also be used for your eyebrowns. I use angle brushes to create many different design on Fashion Shoot.

I like using liquid liner..however also another great product to add on is to use Liquid Transformer from Lise Watier, you can put a drop on any eye shadow colours that you like, and use it as your liquid liner. It will make your liner last longer. You can also use the eyeliner Sealer from Cinema Secrets as well.

I hope it helps.
I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD CHANGE THE EYELINER YOU USE. TRY LIQUID.
U should try other brands at home. Then if u find the right one test it at school. If u like it and there are no problems then you'll be fine! hope this helps!
Try to find a good quality eyeliner. Plus don't over do it on your lower lid.

You want a nice fine line on your lower lid from your outer edge of your eye to the middle of your pupil (the colored part).

As well, you want to place on top a nice fine line on the top lid, as much as possible.

Try eyeliner from Mary Kay or by clinique or even Mac.

Don't use a liquid as it will make this worse.

Other issue could be you have oily skin %26amp; if so, try dusting your face with a fine mineral powder, Mary Kay or Cover Girl have great ones.

Then use the eyeliner.

You can also use a dark eye shadow on your eyelid applied with a sponge application or a fine makeup brush. That will give you the appearance of eye liner but won't move as much.
soo then dont wear it
Before you put eyeliner on, try setting your eye area with a powder. Also, you should think about getting a smudge proof eyeliner.
use liquid eyeliner its a bit more potent and has a great chance of staying, dont use it on the lower ledge of your eye though, i always thing thats a bit too close for comfort with liquid
hmmm, i dunno. dont put to much on? and maybe throughout the day, in between classes or something, go in the bathroom and fix it? =]
Ok, this helps me A LOT! get lots of sleep becuz when u yawn eyeliner smudjes off.

if u put it on top i suggest u use liqioud.

put powder under ur eye so it stops it from running down too much.

Change ur brand too.........

and dont use waterproof.it duznt stop from smudging. I bought one for 10 bucks and it didnt work!!!!!

I hope i helped. GOOD LUCK =]

p.s.

If u think its running down, DONT try to wipe it off. it gets worse and starts running down more!
