Is there a special type of pencil to use when applying eyeliner on your upper lids?

You would use an eyeliner pencil. My personal favorite is by Lancome because it goes on easy. You kind of hold the pencil at a slant, but you have to practice to see what works for you.Is there a special type of pencil to use when applying eyeliner on your upper lids?
If i were you, i'd use Liquid Eyeliner for your upper lid it stays on longer and doesn't smudge. But don't open your eyes too quickly after putting it on because it will not be dry and you're have a line of eyeliner on the crease of your lid.
It's not a regular pencil you should be using for the upper eye, it's the liquid stuff. Though that's considerably harder to apply. Like line exact from CG.
you can just use a regular eyeliner.


i like to use a kohl because they go on smoother and if you light it for a couple seconds i goes on like butter.
You can use whatever it just depends on the look you are going for. Personally I much rather use a mechanical or reg pencil.
