How do i make my eyes bigger without a ton of eyeliner?

my eyes are a pretty baby blue and sorta big but i want them to pop hiw do i do that? my undertone is very pale and pink!How do i make my eyes bigger without a ton of eyeliner?
Smudge a little eyeliner on the outside corners of your eye. From the outside corner of your eye to about halfway to the midpoint of your eye. Try just the top lid and then try both lids to see which you like best.





You can also try a very light shade of liner completely around your eyes with a little of a darker shade in the corners as suggested above. That's what I do. Light grey around my eyes with a dark gray in the corners. I used to use black in the corners, but now my hair is getting gray and it looks too dark. use a black eye liner around your eyes and black dark mascara and put white or sweat blue above your eyes .

Use a nice shade of eyeshadow, or mascara, or something of the like.
try darker eye shadow... shimmery brown or so, dark colours seem to make blue eyes pop.
use a white eyeliner on lower lash line. then add a light line of shadow just below that
Get a white eyeliner and go around the corners of your eyes with it and it will make them pop out b4 u use ur liner.

You need to wear eyeliner and light shadows that compliment your eye color.
I would use a shimmer on your upper eylid. Use it from under your brow to the crease in your eye lid. Then, use your favorite shadow on your eye lid. BUT only go the middle of your eye. As for eye liner use the eyeshadow you used on your eye lid. Just get a good brush, or use your applicator brush very carefully. And, make a pencil line from the outside of your eye half way to the end of your eye.
if you mean you want people to notice them use colors that compliment your skin tone like golds or something but if you want them bigger use white eyeliner across the bottom and not too much i use the white eyeliner it makes you look like im so cute and innocent and a virgin... lol
use creamy, shimmery eyeshadow that is one or two shades lighter than your skin. use a powder brush and put it on your lower lashline, in the tear ducts, and on your brow bone. then maybe use black liquid liner on the top.
try using brown eyeshadow. oposite colours make your eyes stand out, so since ur eyes are blue brown would be a nice colour to make them stand out. just like if someones eyes were brow, then lighter colourfull eyeshadow would be good.
