Is anyone else having trouble with the new jordana eyeliner?

I love the color xtend in black out by jordana and it seems it has been replaced at walgreens by a gold colored pencil. I bought some and it makes my eyes watery and hard to keep open.Is anyone else having trouble with the new jordana eyeliner?
i'm not sure if it was jordana, but i had a black eyeliner in a gold retractable square pencil and it made my eyes sting and water.





i would suggest you not to use it because it may cause an infection or what not in your eye... and there are millions of other eyeliners out there.
