How do you apply eyeliner and mascara?

I have regular eyes, they are really really green, and I have light skin. I want to learn a couple different ways of applying it, I'm a first time make-up user going into high school and I want a new look.


I'd really like an idea for school and for parties.

For school- I know it sounds painful, but it's really easy. If you pull your lower lid down a little, there is a sort of edge on your eyelid that you can fill in. That keeps it nice and simple, but still pretty.


For parties, try outlining under your lashes around your eyes. This is trickier, and you shouldn't put too much or it won't look good.
