I'm currently using Revlon ColorStay eyeliner (I prefer twist-up or pencil liners) but the liner itself is hard... it hurts to put on my waterline. I need something that is hypoallergenic and creamy. Thanks in advance :)What is a good waterproof eyeliner for sensitive eyes?

How do you put eyeliner on your bottom lid??
I searched online and all they teach you is howto put on the top lid.How do you put eyeliner on your bottom lid??
To put eyeliner on your bottom lid i kinda pull it down a little bit and run it over the area there and sometimes it doesn't stay right away but after a second coat it does..it takes a lot practice and you have to take your time while doing it or you'll stab your eye out!
Just practiceHow do you put eyeliner on your bottom lid??
Eyeliner Application
Before you begin applying the eyeliner, there are a few things you should do; firstly, apply any other eye makeup you want to use before adding eye liner and mascara. It may also be helpful if you remove dangly bracelets and watches as they can often get in the way or just become irritating distractions. Make sure you have a good mirror and lighting so that you can properly see what you are doing when using the eyeliner.
Eyeliner Pencil
1. The eyeliner pencil should be able to draw a thin, unbroken line along your skin - test it on your hand or arm first. Either sharpen it until the line is thin enough, or if it is too thin, draw a line on a tissue, which will make the tip blunter.
2. You should hold the eyeliner pencil as you would hold a pencil or pen to write with, usually with your dominant hand. Use your other hand to stretch the eye you are going to line from the outer corner. You can rest your hand holding the pencil against the hand pulling your lid taut.
3. Don't try to focus on your whole eye lid at one time - just look at the part you are drawing on. The line should be just above your eye lashes on the top lid and just below on the bottom, and should extend just to the outer corner of your eye.
4. Be wary if your eyeliner pencil tip is quite dry, as this may pull at delicate eye tissue. Draw the line with care if this is the case.
Liquid Eyeliner
1. Liquid eyeliner comes in a bottle rather like ink, and you must use a separate brush to apply. The best result will come from a point liner brush.
2. It is natural to close your eye as you draw the line, but if you keep it open, it will actually make it easier to follow the curve of your lid and thus have a straighter line.
3. You do not need to try and paint a continuous line with liquid eyeliner. It is actually easier to pain a few small dashes onto the lash line, eg. Inner corner, middle and outer corner, then go back and connect them.
4. If you want a thicker line than this initial thin one, build it up gradually. Start at the middle of the lash line and draw towards the outer corner. You can extend the line slightly past the outer corner of your eyelid if you wish.
pull it down
get really close to the mirror
and theres like this little line where there is no eyelashes and yeah ;D
If you don't want it to show off, put it almost on the inside, by the end of lid. It looks really cute like that. If you want it to show off, put it just where your bottom eylashes start. You can draw one line 3 time maximum, or else it won't wash off! Don't poke your eye though!
Slightly pull down your bottom lid and gently put it on. Use a pencil eye liner because it gives you more control. You want to put the eyeliner on the actual part of your bottom lid not under your eye (or you'll look like a racoon). You can also have some fun with it and use some colored eyeliner like blues or a deep purple (not too much just a little). It does take practice so just keep trying until you achieve the look you want. Don't give up you'll get the hang of it!!!
pull your lid down
run the eyliner across the lid making sure its close to your lashes
pretty much it takes alot of practice
if i can do it you can too

What are the best eyeliner and eyeshadow colors for dark brown eyes?
i have dark brown (almost black) eyes and i dont leave the house without black or dark brown eyeliner on the top outer edge of my eyelid and in the inside bottom rim, smokey dark brown eyeshadow all around the eye and up a little over the crease on the outside edges for a lounge eye look, and white or gold shadow to highlight under the brows and right on the inside corder of the eye. the brown on brown is very dramatic and flattering, violet and purple look great too. It also depends on your complextion and haircolor, whatever you think looks best, thats just my favorite you may like something different. What are the best eyeliner and eyeshadow colors for dark brown eyes?
smudged black eyeliner and plum eyeshadow. What are the best eyeliner and eyeshadow colors for dark brown eyes?
I have dark brown eyes that are nearly black, and I have olive skin. I look best in plum, lavender, peach, pink and pale green or teal eyeshadows, and I always wear brown or dark purple eyeliner, sometimes both colors at the same time. I also have a navy eyeliner, and sometimes wear this with the brown liner. It makes my eyes seem a little brighter, which is what the purple does too.
I personally use purples and browns but black and mostly dark colors look best
bobbi brown gel eyeliner in expresso, Mac- bronze, texture, stumptous olive
i have dark brown eyes.i use medium gold and shimmery beige with a thick eye liner and kohl.that makes my eyes look more attractive.
I'm in the same boat as you are girl! well, to start, black mascara and black eye liner are always a must. If you want the liner subtle, try a nice deep brown. As for the colour, I'd try a gold, medium brown or plummy colours like a deep purple. Light purples, pinks and light blues look trashy. Grey doesn't look too bad if you're going for that smoky look. Just experiment with different colours. Also, to make eyes look bigger, line only the middle to the outer corners of the bottom lashes. It makes the appearance of a wider eye.
browns, blacks, greys, depending on your complexion purple can work for eye shadow, same with green.
pinkish brown eyeliner
wit black eyeshadow but not a lot
black eyeliner on the bottom.
then a purple or green eyeshadow. (your eyes will pop!)
i have this type: either dark brown/black/smokey or a nice turquoise or bright blue or MY FAVE purple/lilac
you should try greeny gold eyeshadow it wud look beautiful on brown eyes!!!ty maybe navy or plum eyeliner with loads of mascara and no eyeshadow.....browns or golds would really go well if you have fair skin...you could get away with anything really if you have fair skin and dark hair...green definitly though!!!!
Light Emrald looks really nice!..so does smokey grays and dark colors really compliment dark eyes. And I really like the Maxims eyeliners..it stays on really well..and also clinique..Have a nice day:)
purple
i have brown eyes
i wear purple or a lavender eye shadow
i wear natural colors like bone
pink is good
If you want smokey eyes then dark grey or dark brown with black eyeliner, if you want something light then light pink or purple or peach color are nice. For something in middle try pearl gold shadow with brown shades at sides with brown or black eyeliner.
you can pretty much go for any color!
Blue. Blue makeup brings out brown eyes, and brown makeup brings out blue eyes. This is because of the color contrast. Don't wear colors that match your eyes if you want your eyes to stand out. Purples and plums are best for green eyes.
You should choose your liner color based on both your eyes and your eye brows/lashes. If you want to go with blue eye liner, that will work great, but make sure to use a darker blue. If you don't want to use blue liner, you can use brown, charcoal grey, or black. Make this choice based on how dark your eyebrows and lashes are. If they're really light, go with brown. If they're dark, you can use grey, and if they're really dark go with black. The liner's purpose is to give definition to your eye line, so you want something dark, but not so dark that it looks strange on you.
try a smoky black or deep purple liner in both dry and liquid eyeliner. for shadow, try all neutral browns (experiment!) and maybe lavender - plum shadow!
I also have really dark eyes. Torquoise eye liner on the top and bottom of your eye lids and a really dark mascara. Or you can either go black eye liner and black mascara which will make your eyes pop more. But torquiose eye liner will make your eyes stand out more. And you want to use light colors instead of natural colors like really bright blues and apple greens and pinks and plum.

Why do girls wear eyeliner on the inside of their eye?
Doesn't it make your eyes look smaller? Isn't it unhealthy? All the girls wear it inside their eye at my school... are they applying their makeup wrong? Why do girls wear eyeliner on the inside of their eye?
i used to do that.. it looks good on some people but yes it makes your eyes smaller. its hard for some people to get under the eyes so they take the easy way out. usually i put it on my eye then smudge it with a q tip so its makes my eyes look biggerWhy do girls wear eyeliner on the inside of their eye?
I wear it on the inside %26amp; it makes my eyes look larger. It may depend on the size of the eye. As long as the pencil is clean %26amp; doesn't irritate the eye, it is okay to wear it like that. It's a matter of preference.
I do it and it makes my eyes look prettier. Smaller yeah, but the coal look of it looks nice. If you look at magazines there aren't that many women that DON'T do it. Maybe you're applying it wrong.
I dont know what school you go to! I wouldnt put makeup in my eye. I certainly hope you mean under the eye!
Yes it does....eyeliner should be applied to the upper lid to make your eyes look bigger. And no one should be putting any liner on the insides of their eyes....do you mean under their eyes by the lash line? They are risking serious eye infections if they are not wearing it outside of their eye.
no it looks better on some people. thats how i wear it.
and i dont see how its un healthy. lol
noo...its called kajal!!
or surma...dats wat chicks put on their eyes inside!!!
They aren't supposed to. It causes pain. Anyway it isn't unhealthy it makes their eyes stand out on their face to make them look pretty (in their opinion).
When you wear eyeliner in the inside of your eye it makes your eye look larger and more awake.
Yeah it makes your eyes look a lot smaller, you should all tell them to learn how to wash their makeup off stop copying eachother.
They wear it to make their eyes look more open and wide. Brings out the color of their eyes real well.
Lol, no they are not applying it wrong and its not the inside of your eye; its the top of the bottom lid of your eye and the yes it does give the eye the appearance of being smaller. Women with large eyes like it and other woman use it to bring out the color in their eyes. So women with darker eyes may use brown or black and women with ligght eyes may use different colors like blue or silver to each their own. Oh and as far as health its fine but woman should keep in mind to wipe off their make up at night. Hope it helps!
it depend ........the shape and color of the eyes
but generally yes it make them look smaller
Eyeliner inside makes your eye look open and bigger, not smaller. Pencil eyeliners are okay to put inside... But god I hope nobody puts a liquid eyeliner in the inside of an eye... You also asked if they are applying their makeup wrong? I should see it to tell you that, but appyling eyeliner (pencil) inside of the eye is very right.
They do it because it's a trend (trust me - it sounds weird, but it's a very popular way to apply eyeliner right now!) and they don't know how bad it is for their eyes. I personally wouldn't do it because yes, it is harmful to the sensitive eye area, and there are very few people who can actually wear this and look great!
Make-ups are treated with anti-microbacterial agents so they stay sanitary longer, but you are supposed to replace eye make-up every 4 months. The eyeliner inside[or outside]is to be sexy, and make lashes look longer. On the inside also makes the whites look whiter. This probably cancels out the smaller dimension because of the brightening effect. So, either way eyes are bigger and sexier! If your make-up were to be very old I would only line the outside until it is replaced.

I'd give Chanel a try, but first, call a dermatolgist's office who does plastic surgery or eyelid plastic surgery. They will know for sure and probably have a special line they carry in the office for just that sort of thing. At least you know you will get your $$$ back with them.
u can use the maybelline. their eye make-up is hypoallergenic which is great for sensitive eyes. i have an allergy problem too and maybelline eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow doesn't irritate my eyes.
check out the stuff at www.maybelline.com
i think I've tried every brand. clinique, bare escentuals, lancome, etc. my eyes always end up red. i saw an ad for Isadora eyeliners and went to Walgreen's-the only place i have seen it- and got the black one. it's non-irritating, stays on, pretty cheap and it goes on smoothly.
I have sensitive eyes too.
For eyeshadows: I think MAC are the best (But I have a list of love products too!)

For eyeliners: MAC PowerPoint Eye Pencil is good.

For mascara (this is very important for sensitive eyes): Maybeline Great Lash is great.
I am not a big fan of maybelline it does not last too long. My mom is allergic to a lot of make up and could only use some European brands. But now we use only Lancome. It is a little more expensive, but gives very little irritation and allergic reactions. I personally prefer it because it stays on for longer periods and eyeliners do not leave black marks in the corner of the eye. I also love their mascara. Again it is a little bit expensive but lasts you a while and if you catch their promotion you can get a whole bag of goodies with a purchase of $25 or more for free. You should definitely give it a try

What is the best color and brand of mascara and eyeliner for people with pale blueish eyes?
I want my eyes to really stand out!!! And it has to be waterproof and not smudge.
thnxxx!!!!What is the best color and brand of mascara and eyeliner for people with pale blueish eyes?
Basic black makes every eye color stand out. Bad gal lash by benefit is really good and they also have a waterproof version. But if you want cheaper, go with covergirl lash blast waterproof. For eyeliner I use the covergirl outlast twistable eye crayon. These products all have really good staying power. Hope this helps and good luck! What is the best color and brand of mascara and eyeliner for people with pale blueish eyes?
My eyes are pale blue and I always use the same thing, Lancome Waterproof Custom Volume Mascara. It hardly ever smudges and it's waterproof but you can still wipe it off at night. I always buy the brown, which makes my eyes pop. You can also try black too. It's a little pricet at $25, but it lasts a long time and it has great quality.

For eyeliner, I'm in love with the Sephora Nano Liners. They're really cheap for $5, plus they work great and have loads of colors to choose from. I either use brown or black, the Midnight black %26amp; Chocolate, but when I feel daring I wear Gri Gri or Azur Blue color.

Benefit BADgal Lash Mascara!
its really kewl!
I don't know if it's the BEST brand, but I like what I use. The eyeliner I use is not waterproof, but I'm sure some brand of it out there is.
I use a dark brown pencil (Maybelline, I think) to line the upper lid and lower rim of my eyes, then smudge it a little. Then I use brownish-black mascara (Maybelline again; this stuff is waterproof but you don't exactly want to go swimming in it, if you know what I mean) on the upper lashes and a little on the outside lower lashes. Then I use a tissue to smudge the mascara along the lower lashes. You could probably go with black if you want, but I have very light skin and eyebrows/lashes so I don't want to look too done up. It's a pretty natural look, but it does make blue eyes pop. :)

That's what the end result looks like.
exact eyelights waterproof mascara is really good. they have different mascara for different eye colors which really make whatever eye color u have stand out. lashblast luxe waterproof mascara is also like that, but i prefer lashblast because it makes your eyes pop and it gives u longer lashes than the exact eyelights. u can create an account on covergirl.com and u get 2 pick ur skin, hair, and eye color so they can find producs that will look good on u.
I use a line that most people are unfamiliar of. It is a high end company with a competitive price. If you are interested, email me and i can send you all the details. People ask me all the time what kind of mascara I use. I absolutely love it
max factor false lash effect. or rimmel sexy curves mascara (waterproof)

How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?
I have really blue eyes, my eyes are big but there is almost no lid on them and whenever i use eyeliner they work against their natural shape and make them look smaller.. any advice? How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?
Use eye liner on the bottom of your eyes and not on the top. If you want eye liner on the top of the eye don't put it on your eye lid, put it on the inner part of the eye under your lashes to emphasise the them. I tend to use a slightly darker shade of eyeshadow around the eyes to compliment the colour I'm using if the lids are small as this defines the eyes without making them look smaller and blends in well with the eye shadow. How can i use eyeliner to compliment my eye shape? plz help?
dont use eyeliner and use mascara instead to open up the eyes.. i personally prefer mascara but my eyelashes r too straight to curl so i have to use eyeliner :S

How can I put eyeliner on without it being too thick?
I use both Liquid and pencil but I always put it on too thick can someone help here? How can I put eyeliner on without it being too thick?
try keeping your eyeliners in the refrigerator and sharpen it each time right before you use it.How can I put eyeliner on without it being too thick?
Gently %26amp; blend - pencil
practice makes perfect trust me
Don't use BOTH for starters, and press very lightly when using a pencil, and same for the liquid eyeliner...
The most effective way I have learned to do eyeliner is with powder. I bought carbon eye shadow from MAC and an eyeliner brush from Victoria's secret and I cant tell you how percise it is. It only goes where I want it and I determine the thickness. It stays on great too. Just get the brush a little wet for the liquid liner look, too!
You can't use both, pick one. Pencil or Liquid? I use pencil and I never have that problem. So the easy solution is just to switch to full time pencil.
However, if you do end up sticking with liquid then apply it and take some toilet paper and dab it on to remove some of the liquid. That should work but if it doesn't, then just go to pencil for good.
you will find some helpful tips in here%26gt;%26gt;
Put the pencil in the freezer for 30-60 minutes before sharpening.
If liquid and it's too thick after applying, use a most Qtip to take off the excess.
I use the twist up I love it.
q tips are awsome for quick fixes
get a better eyeliner or put it on gently and slowy so your face will come out the way you want it
make sure you sharpen the pencil before using it so you don't have to smudge it around too much thus making it too thick.
use a wet q-tip to even it out.
uuuh why are you using both? they're both eyeliner, so they both do the same thing. duh! for the pencil, make sure it isn't blunt and stubby.
I know the liquid is more dramatic, but if you just dot along your lash line it looks very natural. Put little tiny dots between your lashes (very close to the lash line) and it won't look funny. Your eyes will look well defined, but like I said very natural.
use liquid, and never slant the brush, keep it virtical
Make sure the pencil is sharp. I like to use an automatic sharpner.

Can a sister wear eyeliner when she makes the niyaat for umrah, insh'Allah?
Asalamu alaykum!
Can someone please tell me, insh'Allah, is a muslim sister allowed to wear eye liner when she goes for umrah? Can you give me some verses from hadith, insh'Allah. Jazakullah kharyanCan a sister wear eyeliner when she makes the niyaat for umrah, insh'Allah?
How to perform 'Umrah'
What is Umrah?
In Arabic, the word 'Umrah is derived from I'timaar which means a visit. However, 'Umrah in Islamic terminology, means paying a visit to Ka' bah, performing Tawaaf (circumambulation) around it, walking between Safaa and Marwah seven times. A performer of 'Umrah puts off his Ihraam by having his hair shaved or cut. 'Umrah can be performed along with Hajj and in other days as well.
'Umrah can be performed during anytime in the year, there is no fixed time for 'Umrah.
The Pillars of `Umrah are four:
a) Ihraam: which is assumed at the Meeqaat.
b) Tawaaf: around the House.
c) Sa'y: walking between As-Safaa and Al-Marwah, which consists of seven circuits.
d) Tahal-lul: which means coming out of the state of Ihraam; becoming lawful what was previously prohibited during Ihraam.
During 'Umrah, pilgrims do not go to Minaa, 'Arafaat and Muzdalifah or throw pebbles on the Jamrahs (stone pillars representing devils) or offer animal sacrifice. These rites are only performed during Hajj.
How to perform 'Umrah:
1. When the one who wants to perform 'Umrah arrives at the Meeqaat, it is recommended for him (both man and woman) to take a bath if convenient, including menstruating women and those experiencing postnatal bleeding. The man perfumes his head and beard but not his Ihraam garments. There is no harm in what remains of it after Ihraam. There is nothing wrong if it is not possible to take a bath at Meeqaat.
2. Men are to change into their clothing of Ihraam while the women only need to make their intention at that time in the clothing they are already wearing. There is no specific clothing designated for women, except that they are prohibited from wearing the Niqaab (face-veil) and gloves. Instead, they may cover their hands with the lower part of their khimaar (head covering), while using the upper part of their jilbaab (outer garment) or a separate piece of fabric to cover their faces by drawing it down, if there is need to do so.
As for men, they must assume their Ihraam at the Meeqaat by wearing two pieces of fabric called the Izaar and the Ridaa'. The Ridaa' covers the top half of the body, while the Izaar covers the lower half. No other clothing is allowed to be worn in addition to these – no underwear, no pants, no shirt, no turban, no hat, etc. are to be worn.
Then the pilgrim makes the intention at the Meeqaat to begin the rites of 'Umrah by entering the state of Ihraam. The intention must be made in the heart, while the statement made afterwards is: ';Labayka 'Umrah'; or ';Allahumma labbayka 'Umrah';. This statement begins the rites of `Umrah. So the first pillar of `Umrah is the Ihraam. The intention is made in the heart, while the tongue recites the opening Talbiyyah. And if you wish, when uttering Talbiyyah, you may state a condition to Allaah fearing that which may prevent you from completion of the ‘Umrah whether illness or fear - saying ';in habasanee haabes fa mahillee haithu habastanee'; (I come out of the state of Ihraam from the place You prevent me from continuing). So if you do that and are then prevented or become ill - then you may come out of Ihraam. Then repeat the Talbiyyah: ';labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayka laa shareeka laka labbayk, innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, laa shareeka lak'; (“In response to your call O Allaah I perform ‘Umrah, here I am O Allaah. In response to Your call. You have no partner. In response to Your call. All Praise and Blessings, and the Ownership of all that You created is Yours (alone). You have no partner”)
Upon arriving at the sacred mosque in Makkah (Al-Masjid Al-Haraam), you should enter with your right foot and say: ';Bismillaah, Allaahumma Salli 'Alaa Muhammad, Allaahumma Ighfirli waftahli Abwaaba Rahmatik. (In the name of Allaah! O Allaah! Exalt the mention of your Messenger. O Allaah! Forgive my sins, and open the gates of Your mercy for me).'; You should enter in a manner expressing humility and gratitude to the blessings He, Almighty, conferred upon you.
3. Upon arriving at the K'abah, stop reciting the Talbiyyah, then approach the Black Stone, touch it with your right hand and kiss it. If this isn't possible, you should face the Black Stone and point to it. Don’t push and shove, causing harm and being harmed by other people. When touching the Stone, the following is said: ';Bismil-laah, Allaahu Akbar'; (In the name of Allaah, Allaah is the Greatest) or ';Allaahu Akbar'; (Allaah is the Greatest).
A pilgrim must walk, keeping the Ka'bah on his left. When you reach the Yamaani corner touch it with your right hand, if possible, but do not kiss it, and say: ';Bismil-laahi wa Allaahu Akbar';. If this is difficult for you, then go on performing tawaaf without touching it, pointing at it or even saying ';Allaahu Akbar'; because this was not narrated from the Prophet on the other hand whenever you reach or are parallel to the black stone, touch it with your right hand, kiss it and say, ';B';Bismillaah Allaahu Akbar';, if it is not possible then it is enough to point at it and say, ';Bismillaah, Allaahu Akbar';.
During this Tawaaf it is preferred for a man to do two things:
a) Al-Idhtibaa' from the beginning of Tawaaf until the end, which is placing the middle of one's Redaa' under the right arm and the ends of it over the left shoulder. When you are finished performing Tawaaf, you may return your Reda' to its original state because the time for A-Idhtibaa' is only during Tawaaf.
b) Ar-Raml during the first three circuits only. Ar-Raml means speeding up one's pace with small steps.
Make supplication from your heart, for that which will benefit you. Recite whatever you wish, supplicate to Allaah by asking for good, recite the Quran, anything you wish. There are no specific statements or supplications to be recited during the Tawaaf that are authentically established in the Sunnah. However it is recommended to say between the two corners during each circumbulance as it is reported from the Messenger of Allaah : ';...Our Lord, grant us good in this life and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the Hellfire.'; [Quran; 2:201]
4. When you complete seven circuits of Tawaaf, approach Maqaam Ibraaheem (Ibraaheem’s station) and recite this verse (which means): ';And take you (people) the Maqaam (place) of Ibraheem as a place of Prayer... '; [Quran; 2:125]
Then pray two short Rak’ahs, as close as conveniently possible, behind Maqaam Ibraheem. If it is not possible then you can pray them anywhere in the sacred mosque. It is preferred to recite during the first Rak'ah the chapter ';Al-Kafiroon'; [109] and during the second one the chapter of “Al-lkhlaas” [112].
Upon completing the two Rak'ahs, return to the Black Stone and touch it, if convenient
5. The next stage is to go to Safaa. Upon approaching the foot of Safaa, the following verse is recited (which means): “Verily, As-Safaa and Al-Marwah are from the symbols of Allaah. So it is not a sin on him who performs Hajj or 'Umrah of the house (ka 'bah) to perform the going (tawaaf) between them. And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allaah is the All-Recognizer, All-Knower.” [Quran; 2:158]
6. Then climb unto mount Safaa until the Ka'bah is visible, if possible. Facing the Ka’bah the following is to be said 3 times, and between each time one is to make ones own supplication:
';Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar. Laa ilaaha il-lall-llaahu wadahu la shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu, wa huwa 'alaa qulli shay'in qadeer. Laa ilaaha il-lall-llaahu wahdahu, anjaza wa'dahu, wa nasara 'abdahu, wa hazamal ahzaaba wahdahu'; (Allaah is the Greatest, Allaah is the Greatest, Allaah is the Greatest. None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah alone, Who has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over everything. He fulfilled His promise, gave victory to His servant, and defeated the confederates alone.)
7. Then descend and go towards Marwah, running between the fluorescent green lights (for men only), upon reaching Marwah climb upon it if it is possible, and repeat the same procedure as when ascending Safaa except you are not to recite the above-mentioned verse, because it is recited when ascending Safaa for the first time only. This completes one circuit. Then one continues back to Safaa running between the fluorescent green lights (for men only) - thus completing two circuits.
There are no particular supplications to be recited between Safaa and Marwah. Seven circuits are to be completed ending the last one on Marwah.
Then one is to have his hair cut although shaving it is better. Women should shorten their hair by a finger-tips length from the end. The rights of 'Umrah have now been completed. Can a sister wear eyeliner when she makes the niyaat for umrah, insh'Allah?
Listen sister you are a believing muslim right? Now do you think Allah (SWT) is so small that He shall be offended by you wearing eye liner???? He is certainly above all these trappings and the more we realise the fact that Islam is a religion which lays a lot of stress on intention and less on outer trappings and ritual the better you can love Allah (SWT).
I am guessing you are from the UK - i know muslims in the Uk are becoming just too lost in details. Rise above this. Islam is a religion which frees and liberates you are making it a bondage.
You will realise what i mean when you finish your Umrah, inshallah.
When you go for Umrah
you cannot wear eyeliner or kajal or surma or any cosmetics.
the idea is that you should not enhance yourself.
no perfumes, even non alcoholic ones.
I have weak eyes and I asked religious sources for wearing contacts and thats allowed as far as the idea is not to enhance the eyes and only for the benefit for oneself.
Try Kohl, its natural and most companies that make eyeliners use it in their product. Kohl is the Original eyeliner and has been around forever, so i cant imagine that u would not be able to wear kohl to ummrah but at the same time i think that you should focus more on the spiritual aspect of ummrah and leave any and all beauty products for when u are finished with your trip.
I would say no.. for the simple fact. that when you go to pray, you are in a state of wudu. you have washed completely and dont have any decorations, makeup, creams, fingernail polish, jewelry, etc on you when you pray.. Your body is pure and natural when you speak to God..
this included eyeliner..
if you want to apply it after you finish umrah or while outside of the masjid just doing daily tourist visits in the town.. ok, but inside the masjid, remove it and all other makeup.
as long as it's maybelline
probably i dont think make up was invented when the Quran was madesexy hair

How do i apply eyeliner if i have single eyelids?
i dont use makeup but i use it for formal events but i dont really know how to..(my friends usually help me with it)How do i apply eyeliner if i have single eyelids?
For Asian Eyes--I got this from the Bobbi Brown website
Next, apply a base Eye Shadow from lash to brow, with the Eye Shader Brush. I recommend Bone for Asian women. Then apply a medium shade such as Sable, Toast, Vanilla, or Shell Eye Shadow or Beige Shimmer Wash Eye Shadow to the lower lid, from the lashline to the crease, using the Eye Shadow Brush.
Line the eye along the lashline with Eye Shadow in a darker shade like Mahogany, Rich Brown, Charcoal, or Smoke, using the Eye Liner Brush. I recommend finishing with 3 coats of Everything Mascara in Black, since Asian lashes are often sparse. For a more dramatic look, try Lash Glamour Lengthening Mascara in Smoke. If your lashes are extremely thin, apply a smoky powder liner with the Eye Liner Brush to create the appearance of thick lashes. How do i apply eyeliner if i have single eyelids?
you can apply light colour eye shadow ( pink, light blue or light green colour ) then apply eyeliner make like a cat eyes...its so sexy.
I'm Chinese also, and I didn't have double eyelids until I finished Uni - not because I had them done, but because they were there all the time but didn't develop properly. So not only do I have single eyelids, I now have one eye which looks like I have double eyelids, and one which only has it about 50%.
This makes it very tricky, and it's about balance. I learned, when trying to do eyes with single lids, that it's very, very fake if you try to draw a line to simulate a crease. I wouldn't go with that fake strips, or glue either.
The key is blending, either with your fingers, with eyeshadow brushes, or both. I find that it's best if you start with a stiff, small brush to put a darker eyeshadow - such as dark brown, or deep plum, or even black or grey - close to the lash line. Follow the countours of your eye, but you don't need to line all the way in.
- now it may look like I'm going on needlessly about applying eyeshadow when your question is eyeliner, but it's because when your eyes are single-lidded, it's much nicer to see smooth gradation of colour rather than bam! Eyeliner! Bam! Eyeshadow... in great makeup application, this should be seamless unless you want to highlight liner...
...
Then, using a medium shade (i find using deeper/lighter shades of the same colour more flattering for single eyelids) go over that lined area from the outside of the eye and slightly upwards as you move toward the centre.
I wouldn't recommend putting a highlighter colour (lightest shade) near the brow bone unless there's very little space between under your eyebrow and your eye because it's a bit weird looking.
Blend the colours together with your finger or brush - if you want stronger liner, blend upwards from a bit above the lashline (you don't want to lose the darkest part near the lash) into the medium colour. If you want less strong, blend downwards from the highlighter/medium shade down into the lashline.
Lastly, mascara really helps open up the eyes, even if the lashes are short.. more on that later if you like :)
Hope this helps!
I don't get it
no problem go ahead . but it is better to avoit cosmatic.
Buy a stiff bristled eyeliner brush and use eyeshadow. You can use black or any color you like. Moisten the brush for darker color and just press the brush very close to your lashes. Much easier then liner. That's how I do it. It also stays on way longer.
You are a Mongoloid aren't you?
i get what you're saying =)
well, you can still apply stuff like creased eyelids. just don't over do it.
i would try doing a dark plum color liner on the top. when applying, you should try to smugde it into your eyelash line, and then smudge it upward so it isn't as harsh. then you can apply a light, iridescent color against your lasline too. then top off with two coats of black mascara and you're good to go!!
good luck!
I have the same problem.
Buy a high quality eyeshadow and eyeshadow brush. The little sponge ones that come with the eyeshadow are horrible for asian eyes. Using the eyeshadow brush, brush from the outside of your eyes and toward the inside of your eyes. Go along and above the natural crease of your eye - using the brush, keep blending and going slowly. It may take you awhile to get it right but keep practicing. Just remember to blend upwards, just slightly above your natural crease.
With eyeliner, I usually draw the line right along the natural crease and color in downwards all the way to the lashline. If you draw it right along the natural crease, people will be able to see it. Sometimes, I draw a little higher at the outside corners of the eyes.

Is there any kind of makeup that will help my eyeliner/mascara NOT smear?
If i'm somewhere that gets hot my eyeliner/mascara smears a lot!
Are there any eyeliners / mascaras that don't really smear??
Or is there some other kind of makeup that i can use to reducing smearing / running?
Thanks [ :Is there any kind of makeup that will help my eyeliner/mascara NOT smear?
One i thing i like to do is after applying the eyeliner, i go over it with an eyeshadow that is close to the eyeliner color. :)
Or like first answer said, liquid is better, but it depends on where you are using it. If you are lining above your top lashes, i really recommend liquid. If you are lining your waterline, then pencil is the best. :) Cuz of course you can't line your waterline with gel or liquid liner. :P
I hope this helps! :DIs there any kind of makeup that will help my eyeliner/mascara NOT smear?
Yeah.
Use higher quality make-up like Clinique
Estee' Lauder
and
Lancome'
They have more quality, and Dont smear even when you get a shower with it still on!!
Hope i helped!!
Use a waterproof liquid eyeliner like MAC's fluidline.
It won't budge and it won't dry out your skin.
...and a tip, as a professional make-up artist, anytime you use ANYTHING waterproof, you can easily take it off with Pond's Cold cream. It costs maaaybe $3 at any drugstore and it takes off make-up like a charm.
Good luck. :]
I recommend using liquid liners. They stay on much longer than regular pencil ones. Waterproof might work better too.
I hate to tell you, but I've tried (and sold) it all on people, and spending a little extra will help you out. I do recommend a waterproof formula. Depending on what you are more comfortable using, I like the following 2 brands best:
Smashbox Jet Set Cream Liner/Shadow: waterproof formula, sets is 60 seconds. Cream formula you apply with a brush. This stuff will NOT budge until you take it off at night. (around $22 at Ulta)
Urban Decay 24/7 Pencil: waterproof pencil formula, you have 3 minutes to blend/smudge/etc with it (makes a great base smudged out for a smokey eye) and then it sets and stays for 24 hours. I use this formula when I waterline the inner rim of the eye - good for sensitive eyes too. (around $15-18 at Ulta)
These are the top 2 I recommend for clients who have problems with the liner smearing. If you have hooded eyes (your top lid sloops down over your lower lid) hold the lid up until the formula dries.
If your mascara is smearing/clumping/leaving crumbs at the lower lashes, it is old and needs to be thrown out. If you just bought it and it's doing that, take it back, as it's either been stored too long or shipped improperly.
I do like for a more performing mascara, Too Faced Lash Injection. If you're on a budget, Almay mascaras are great for sensitive eyes and don't crumble.
Happy Makeup-ing!
Do not EVER use waterproof. It will dry the skin and lashes. All make up will, but waterproof accents the effect.
As well, I would suggest putting on vaseline before you apply mascara. Not only does it help your lashes separate, it also helps your mascara stay on longer.
I use the mascara in a pink and green bottle...um...I haven't used it in a while but it stayed on.
Estee Lauder also has amazing mascaras.
As well, for liner, I would suggest using a liquid liner or pencil. Powder and such does not work as well,

Is it safe to line you're water line with white eyeliner?
Is it safe to line you're waterline with white eyeliner or eyeliner in general? Is it safe to line you're water line with white eyeliner?
I've been doing it for years now and I'm fine! :)
Just be careful and patient when applying it so your hand doesn't slip and jolt your pencil eyeliner in your eye! (no joke!!)
Take care %26amp; gd luck! :)Is it safe to line you're water line with white eyeliner?
Oh definetly, i've been wearing it their for about 4 years now, never had a single problem.
But just remember, NEVER use liquid eyeliner their!
Get a pencil!
I did it once and my eyes burned for about 3 hours and i felt like i was going to die, yeah...that bad.
And as for the white part, im not so sure.
It depends on what color and size your eyes are, try posting a picture of your eyes,
like, if youve got small, asian like eyes, white eyeliner will make your eyes look bigger, if thats what you want.
And black will make em look smaller,
and if youve got biggg eyes, and wanna make em look normal size, black is for you(:
Even if your eye color is like green or blue, and you can even expirement with different colored eyeliner, like blue or purple.
But it all depends you know, just judge for yourself from the information i gave you(:
yehh, that's where most ppl apply their eyeliner
Yeah i do it all the time and it's always been fine for me but everyones differen't.. Just try it and see how you feel :)
that is the only place i put it and it hasn't done anything to me. It didn't even rub off onto my eyeballs.
DUHH
I don't know . . . sounds risky!

How do I suppose to wear my eyeshadow or eyeliner to make my eyes look bigger?
on the top of your eyelid, draw a thin line with eyeliner right above the eyelashes, and keep carrying it out like a couple millimeters after your eye lid ends. do it on the bottom of the eyelashes too, on the part of skin that touches your eye, and the same on the bottom eyelid, above the eyelashes. curl your eyelashes up on the top, but dont touch the bottom ones. idk if you can picture what i'm saying, but yeah. it works. How do I suppose to wear my eyeshadow or eyeliner to make my eyes look bigger?

This will get your eyes looking much bigger and brighter. How do I suppose to wear my eyeshadow or eyeliner to make my eyes look bigger?
to make your eyes look bigger its best to place the eyeliner on top of your eyelashes. make a line right above the eyelashes. like the egyptians used to do.
for eye shadow, you could shade it certain areas to make the color come out more or to just make them more noticeable.
This question is my forte. Apply all your base make up first, concealer/foundation/powder or whatever you use. I don't know the color of your eyes, so the color of eye shadow depends on that. With that said:
1) Take a light eyeshadow (I use a cream color- like off white) and apply it to your eye lid as usual. Then apply the same color along your bottom lid.
2) Then take her eye liner and line the top- make the line thicker on the outside of your eye and draw it thinner as you go in towards your nose. Do the same for the bottom. Slightly thicker on the outsides and thinner as you go in (Best if you don't even apply eye liner to your ENTIRE bottom lid, instead start on the outsides and stop when your 2/3rds of the way in.)
3) Then take a darker eye shadow and apply it to the crease of your eye lid. This adds depth.
4) Add mascara and you're done!
This might seem overly long and complicated, but it takes me no more than 5 minutes to do. I get comments about my eyes almost daily and people have stopped me several times and asked me how to do eye make up.
If you have blonde hair/blue eyes use a light gold for the base eye shadow and a brown for the darker shade. Brown eye liner is the best. These colors make blue eyes really pop!
For brown hair/ brown eyes. Stick with neutral colors. Like a white or cream base and dark brown for the crease. (Hazel eyes look best if you use a plum color in the crease. It will bring out all the green specks, but it can be hard to make it look right for somewho doesn't use make up alot).
Tip: Never use the eye shadow applicator that comes with eye shadows! It will look to heavy and not blended at all. Use a bristle eye shadow brush always, your make up will blended. And stay clear of eye shadows that are shimmery! It looks cheap and only works SOMETIMES if you're really tan. Matted colors are the best 9 out of 10 times.
What I do is I put white eyeliner on the inner corners of my eyes and I only line the bottom half of my eye in black.
Just line the top only with black liner and black mascara only on top lashes. Lining both top and bottom tends to make eyes look smaller.
wear black eyeshadow. or dark grey. just make sure to put on eyeliner first, then take a brush and sort of close your eye but sweep the brush with black eyeshadow across your crevice where the bone ends and your eyeball begins. i really suck at describing things but i've done this for years and it really works. also, if you put white eyeshadow or something on top of the eyeliner line, it will make them look HUGE
The key to making your eyes look bigger is to line them on top, not underneath!
Your best bet is to use a liquid eyeliner and draw it as thin as possible. For eye shadow, you should use a darker shade of eyeshadow in the crease. The darker shade should complement and flow together with the shade you have on most of your eyelid. The darker color will give your eyes more depth. Good luck!
BRING OUT THE WHITES OF YOUR EYES. Draw a fine line with eyeliner along the upper lash line for definition. Line lower lids with a nude or very light color liner to make the whites of your eyes brighter and open them up. Curl lashes, add mascara and comb to separate for the maximum eyeopening effect.
Eyeliner can make even the smallest eyes appear larger. Applying it correctly is key, you don't want the line to be too dark, harsh and obvious or you risk looking overdone.
To make eyes appear wider, trace the inner rims of eyes with a white pencil.
Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.
Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.
Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.
Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike.
You may find eyeliner, particularly the liquid version, difficult and messy the first few times. Practice and have patience.
Wash brushes regularly with makeup remover or a mild gel shampoo.
Lining the inside of the lower lid is not recommended'it may cause eye infections, and it greatly increases the risk of getting makeup in your eye.
Where eyeliner on your eyelid, right above your eyelashes. and curl your eyelashes to make your eyes look even bigger.
Right Above Your Under Eye lashes is a line of plain skin apply waterproof eyeliner right there and for eye shadow put darker colors by your eyeliner on the top of you eyelids and lighter colors above the darker (it may seen like alot of make up but if you get it just right it is gorgeous)

Is anyone else having trouble with the new jordana eyeliner?
I love the color xtend in black out by jordana and it seems it has been replaced at walgreens by a gold colored pencil. I bought some and it makes my eyes watery and hard to keep open.Is anyone else having trouble with the new jordana eyeliner?
i'm not sure if it was jordana, but i had a black eyeliner in a gold retractable square pencil and it made my eyes sting and water.
i would suggest you not to use it because it may cause an infection or what not in your eye... and there are millions of other eyeliners out there.beaded necklace

How do you apply eyeliner to your top eyelids for an eye lift?

http://www.makeupsense.com/eyes/eyeliner鈥?/a>How do you apply eyeliner to your top eyelids for an eye lift?
don't worry... i'll share you the skill..
1.use the water-protected eyeliner.. draw it on the bottom
of your upper lid ... try possible to paint it at bottom of
eyelashes since that will look more natural
2.don't worry you may feel somwhere look unperfect..
3.then use a cotton stick with rinsing with moisturer or lotion
4.correct it the line to be more natural and the look you like.
i always use this way and it really good way. just try
draw a very thin line on the top of your eye and make it go very slightly upwards at the corner.
I use kohl (pencil, not liquid eyeliner), extending the line a tiny bit past the outer corner of my eye. I then take a finger and sweep/smudge the line up and out towards my temples to do a soft winged look. It really opens up and revives tired eyes. (If the line is too dark, I just sweep my finger down to take some of it off, then sweep it up again.. Sweeping up twice tends to make the line wayy too long.)
this is what you can do. . . start by putting your finger on the very end of your eye lid. slightly pull on the side of it. . . so you can slightly still see ot of that eye. Get your dominant hand out with the eye liner and put a (thin /or Thick) line on the top edge of the eye lashes. (repeat on other eye) This is how I do it and well it works out pretty good but if you run into the problem with blinking just shut the eye completely! One thing that I would recommend is to put tht on before you put your concealer on, that way it kind of blends in but then it's still there to be that uplifting beautiful look that you want.
I hope that this helped you in some way!

If youre going to do the top lid, I would use a white eyeliner pencil. Rimmel makes a great pencil. I personally dont use eyeliner on my top lid (black or brown anyway). Mainly because it smears and makes me look unnatural and overdone with makeup.
What I do is put black eyeliner on the inside of my bottom eyelid and along the lower lashes. Also, when you put on your eyeshadow, add some white or even pearl colored shadow right below your eyebrows. The light color lifts the brow and makes your eyes open up. I think it finishes off the whole look, too.

How do i make my eyes bigger without a ton of eyeliner?
my eyes are a pretty baby blue and sorta big but i want them to pop hiw do i do that? my undertone is very pale and pink! How do i make my eyes bigger without a ton of eyeliner?
Smudge a little eyeliner on the outside corners of your eye. From the outside corner of your eye to about halfway to the midpoint of your eye. Try just the top lid and then try both lids to see which you like best.
You can also try a very light shade of liner completely around your eyes with a little of a darker shade in the corners as suggested above. That's what I do. Light grey around my eyes with a dark gray in the corners. I used to use black in the corners, but now my hair is getting gray and it looks too dark. Experiment and you'll find the look for you.How do i make my eyes bigger without a ton of eyeliner?
YOUR SAYING THAT YOU WANT YOUR EYES BIGGER?
open them.
Are your eyebrows arched already?
use a black eye liner around your eyes and black dark mascara and put white or sweat blue above your eyes .
good luck
Use a nice shade of eyeshadow, or mascara, or something of the like.
try darker eye shadow... shimmery brown or so, dark colours seem to make blue eyes pop.
use a white eyeliner on lower lash line. then add a light line of shadow just below that
Get a white eyeliner and go around the corners of your eyes with it and it will make them pop out b4 u use ur liner.
walk in on your parents having sex
You need to wear eyeliner and light shadows that compliment your eye color.
I would use a shimmer on your upper eylid. Use it from under your brow to the crease in your eye lid. Then, use your favorite shadow on your eye lid. BUT only go the middle of your eye. As for eye liner use the eyeshadow you used on your eye lid. Just get a good brush, or use your applicator brush very carefully. And, make a pencil line from the outside of your eye half way to the end of your eye.
if you mean you want people to notice them use colors that compliment your skin tone like golds or something but if you want them bigger use white eyeliner across the bottom and not too much i use the white eyeliner it makes you look like im so cute and innocent and a virgin... lol
use creamy, shimmery eyeshadow that is one or two shades lighter than your skin. use a powder brush and put it on your lower lashline, in the tear ducts, and on your brow bone. then maybe use black liquid liner on the top.
try using brown eyeshadow. oposite colours make your eyes stand out, so since ur eyes are blue brown would be a nice colour to make them stand out. just like if someones eyes were brow, then lighter colourfull eyeshadow would be good.
hope i helped-
Britnii
If you want your eyes to look bigger, you wouldn't want to use eyeliner at all. Eyeliner makes your eyes appear smaller than larger. You can use a white or beige colored eyeliner inside the rims of our eyes. To make your eyes pop you can use mascara.
Use white eyeliner. Yep, that's right... white eyeliner!! Just apply it to the skin above your bottom lashes, this makes your eyes pop and look bigger without a ton of eyeliner. Try it, it works! This is also a good tip for when you look and feel tried, just apply the liner and no one will ever know you missed those hours of sleep!

Can you wing your eyeliner with any color you want?
I have dark brown liquid eyeliner, and I'd like to try a wing with it the next time I put it on. But my eyelashes are more of a blackish color, much darker than the liner I'm using. Can you only wing your eyeliner when it's the same color as your lashes, or can it be any color you want? Can you wing your eyeliner with any color you want?
There are rarely any rules in makeup. On shoots, especially creatives, I will use blue, green, purple, etc. eyeliners and wing them out when I have false lashes on the model.
Have fun with makeup, and try different colors with the ';wing'; effect :)Can you wing your eyeliner with any color you want?
Depends. I think you should use dark brown
mascara then.
If your skin is dark like in your picture, go for
it! Especially if it's a really pigmented, rich brown
color it would look really nice against your skin.
Sounds fine. If you think it looks funny, chances
are you'll look uncomfortable and not feel right. If you
don't feel right about it don't do it.
I wing my eyeliner with any color and always have. I like the way it looks, it opens your eyes. I agree with the person who said there really are not any rules for applying make up. If you like the way it looks, that is what matters
you can try that...it's okay to be adventurous sometimes...
Iunno
It can be any color you want! It can be idk..PINK! It doesnt matter. whatever floats your boat
omg...do any color you want, its your face....

Whenever i put eyeliner on my eyes start to water about 5 minutes after?
so the ends of my eyeliner always end up getting washed off
how can i stop my eyes watering
or is it something to do with the eyeliner..Whenever i put eyeliner on my eyes start to water about 5 minutes after?
No you probably dont need to stop using eyeliner! My eyes water too! Try using these tips to make it stay on longer:
Lightly brush a matching shade of eyeshadow over it this will make it stay longer. This will give you a more natural look and make your make up look done by a professional (if done right). You can also use a tiny bit of foundation as a base and then apply your eye make up.
Otherwise, you're probably either buying a cheap brand or applying too much. If you apply too much of anything it eventually becomes runny or streaky.
You can also try Colorstay by Revlon or a waterproof eyeliner! They may be a bit more expensive but... they work great!
BYW waterproof eyeliner only comes off with makeup remover not just water!
If you are willing to use liquid eyeliner try it... it stays on longer than pencil. But it does have a more bold aperence (but if that si what you like go for it).
If I would be to sujest the best eyeliner that stays on the longest I would have to say Almay!!Whenever i put eyeliner on my eyes start to water about 5 minutes after?
try a different brand....check out Aveda...many of their products are organic
stop using eyeliner, you have a allergie
babe you react to it trya differnt one
you could be allergic to it try a different one or consult a doctor
try blinking.
the better quality the eyeline the less it will run
the more u use the eyeliner
the more yr eyes will get used 2 it :)
This happens to me after putting on eye shadow...I think little pieces and particles from the shadow are getting in my eye and making them dry which after a few minutes makes them water...
it could be an alergic reaction or you are putting the line to close to your tear ducts.
You probably are sensitive to some ingredient(s) in the product you're using. My brand is aularale.com/7002. It's for people w/sensitive skin.
It could be one of three things:
1) you may be allergic but then the effects would last longer and may be worse (eyes swollen, maybe, itchiness)
2) do you blink much (that's probably a dumb one)
3) it may end up in your eye somehow (this happens to me sometimes but accidentally)
you dont put the pencil in ur eye
Makeup, like food, has an expiration date. Look at the date on your eyeliner. Also, eyeliner should not be applied to the inside rims of your eyes, (this is very common with watery eyes...) Try a new eyeliner, make sure it is sharp and only the liner, not the wood or plastic surrounding the eyeliner is touching your eye lid. Also consider that you are beautiful and that you don't need makeup to look better... : )
You must be allergic, try a different one. I use it daily and love it.
First see if you are allergic to that specific brand. You probably don't have to stop wearing eyeliner forever, you just might have to buy a more expensive brand like Este Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, or Clinque. These pricey brands have hypo-allergetic ingridents, so your eyes won't start to water. Cheaper brands like Cover Girl use cheaper products (thats why they are so inexpensive) that make some people with sensitive skin react. Make sure to get a waterproof eyeliner too, just in case! Good Luck! :)
You might be allergic to one of the ingredients. I'd switch to a hypoallergenic brand and see if it stops.
There could be two solutions to this.
One-- I don't know if you are, but if so, stop putting it on the lid of your eye. I have tried the lid so many times, and it just comes off very quickly. Put it close to the lid, but on the actual skin instead. Remember, don't put it too thick or too dark on the skin, because if you do you will look goth!
Two-- get a waterproof eye pencil. They stay on greaet whether its moisture from the eye, water or anything.
Hope this helps and have a safe happy holiday
Probley expired! Maybe an alergy. Try a diffrent brand. I am a fav. of Mary Kay products. You can purchase them online.

You may be allergic to the eyeliner. Its that or you are pocking your eye. Its probably the first one.
When your putting on eyeliner put a bit then blink then again dont make your eyes be open for 3 minutes your bound to cry. Maybe get a waterproof eyeliner if it doesnt stop.
Maybe you have sensitive eyes or its the eyeliner. Ps what brand is it and what type are you using, liquid or pencil etc?
:)
yeah i have the same problem sometimes.
i think its when you use a wooden eyeliner pencil, when its dull, so you like rub the wood on your eyelid, possibly.
but i use liquid liner and pencil, so maybe its when [you didnt say what kind of eyeliner you use] the liquid liner gets into your eye, and your eye is trying to clean it out.

Clinique cream shaper in Egyptian :)
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero-when in doubt, go for UD because they live up to the name.
I just recently tried Rimmel Charcoal twist up. It came free. Dang this stuff never smudges or comes off! I put it on in the morning, haft way through work I wnet to the bathroom to reapply, but I found out I didn't have to! Then I took a shower and went to bed, I woke up the next morning and this stuff barely smudged and was as black as it was the night before.
Prestige is good. Also good for smudging
HANDS DOWN you need the Revlon eye liner that comes in the plastic, twist up tube!! Best ever!! It stays on all day, all night, and its difficult to even get off when you wash up ;)
Get the Bee-Luscious Automatic Long Lasting Eyeliner. It stays on way longer than 6 hours. Plus will never smudge or run on you.

How Can i get Eyeliner off my eyes?
I Apply eyeliner but how do i get it off?How Can i get Eyeliner off my eyes?
Removing eye makeup such as mascara and eyeliner is very dangerous and tricky. You have to be careful not to get makeup remover products to close to eyes and have to make sure that it dosnt get in your eye while your taking it off.
I think the safest way is to get what you can off with warm water, and then remove the leftover traces of it with vaseline. just dab some vaseline on your fingertips and smooth over the makeup. Now you see it, now you dont! How Can i get Eyeliner off my eyes?
use makeup remover
very easy product out there called make up pad removers it will take off your eye liner mascara and your eye shadow. and theres not rubbing and tearing like a face cloth would.
also a tip when removing your mascara first take your two fingers and rub them gentle on the eye lashes to remove what you can naturally this will help you not to lose your eyelashes by rubbing some fall off that way. just use your fingers and warm water first to soften up the mascara thats already has dryed on them and lightly massage them back and forth with your thumb and finger and most will losen up the particles from the mascara then you use the pads. i find that way you dont' tear or lose any of your lashes this way. keeps them healthy and shiny too. like your massaging your hair hehe.
baby oil works pretty well for me... and if it gets in your eyes it doesnt burn, but i would advise tryin not to get it in there in the 1st place haha
any eye makeup remover will do. I personally like Clinique's Take the Day off....
Almay eye-makeup remover pads work great,
or just use baby oil and cotton balls.
It should come off easily.
eye makeup remover works the best bcuz i have it and all u have to do is put some on ur eye but try not 2 get it in ur eye and then just wash ur face wit water and the eye makeup remover
use makeup removal from shiseido(sp)
Try Maybelline's oil free remover.
A waterproof eye makeup remover is the best method; swiped very gently with a cotton ball. If it is still stubborn try a little oil, I actually like very light olive oil. Or you can use baby oil if you don't mind mineral oil on your face, but be careful that can be pore clogging.
makeup remover (or if you dont have any makeup remover) vasaline is good.
put lotion on a q-tip and use were eyeliner is so it comes of just make sure it doesnt go in ur eyes, cuz it burns.or you can use baby oil.
all these people say use make-up remover but listen its not all that u just need some antibactrial soap.preferrred liquid... put a lil on a warm rag believe me it will come right off!!!!! be careful to avoid eye contact though this may sting
You can also use any oily make-up remover product. For the past few years, I've used Johnson%26amp;Johnson baby oil. It works wonderfully. Just dampen a cotton pad (make sure you squeeze the water out of it, so it isn't soaked), and then put a little baby oil. It will remove any make-up really quickly, doesn't irritate the eyes, and leaves your skin very moisturized.beaded necklace

all these people say use make-up remover but listen its not all that u just need some antibactrial soap.preferrred liquid... put a lil on a warm rag believe me it will come right off!!!!! be careful to avoid eye contact though this may sting
You can also use any oily make-up remover product. For the past few years, I've used Johnson%26amp;Johnson baby oil. It works wonderfully. Just dampen a cotton pad (make sure you squeeze the water out of it, so it isn't soaked), and then put a little baby oil. It will remove any make-up really quickly, doesn't irritate the eyes, and leaves your skin very moisturized.
How do you apply eyeliner and mascara?
I have regular eyes, they are really really green, and I have light skin. I want to learn a couple different ways of applying it, I'm a first time make-up user going into high school and I want a new look.
I'd really like an idea for school and for parties.
Thanks to everyone that answers! How do you apply eyeliner and mascara?

eyeliner-
For school- I know it sounds painful, but it's really easy. If you pull your lower lid down a little, there is a sort of edge on your eyelid that you can fill in. That keeps it nice and simple, but still pretty.
For parties, try outlining under your lashes around your eyes. This is trickier, and you shouldn't put too much or it won't look good.

How can I get eyeliner stains out of a pair of twill pants?
Hi! I have found a website that explains how to remove your stain. Good Luck ^_^
I like to put eyeliner under my upper lashes, but sometime it gets on my contacts?
Besides don't wear eyeliner under my lashes, how or what should I do to advoid that eyeliner sticks on the contact? Also, what solution do you use to remove that on the contacts? ThanksI like to put eyeliner under my upper lashes, but sometime it gets on my contacts?
you really shouldn't be putting it 'under' your upper lashes. try doing it above them, that's usually how to do it. getting stuff like that on your contact lenses is not good for them, and won't come off easily. even if it seems like it comes off, it most likely hasn't completely. it's not good for your eyes in general either to be getting makeup in them.I like to put eyeliner under my upper lashes, but sometime it gets on my contacts?
LIQUID LINER IS AMAZING!
looks like u use a paint brush to apply eyeliner :P
First you shouldnt be placing eyeliner under your eyelashes, if its getting in your eye like that you actually arent putting it on the right spot. You should be putting the pencil or brush right over your eyelashes to get it in the correct spot.
Also, you could try to get a more expensive brand of eyeliner or one that has the all day coverage sot hat it doesnt wear off.
The other suggestion would be, do your eyeliner, then put your contact in. Then touch up the liner and do the rest of your makeup after the contact is in. That way your not pulling or poking the skin while your contact is in.
To get the liner off your contact, you should be able to just rub the contact between your fingers with the saline solution to get it off.
This is what i do it may sound a little wierd i pull my top eyelid out buy your eyelashes to where it is not touching your eye lid and put it on. i use saline and just rub out the eyeliner, it works for me.
Don't use eyeliner, use black eye shadow. You can get the best one at Sephora. Oh buy a a thin eye shadow brush too.

How do I apply eyeliner to my top lid?
How do I apply eyeliner to my top lid? The bottom is SO easy but instructions oh applying to the top![_鈾]
thnkxss, kay bye!How do I apply eyeliner to my top lid?
I have been wearing eyeliner for 16 years (lol that's probably how old you are), and I have always found that for whatever reason pencil eyeliner is so difficult to apply to a top lid. So it wouldn't surprise me if you are trying to use a pencil. Try a liquid or cream eyeliner instead. For liquid rest your hand on your face (this will steady your hand) position the brush on the lashline and draw a thin line starting in the middle out to the outer edge. I usually go back and fill in a bit closer to the inner corner after I finish the eye because you want the thinnest line there and the brush will have less product on it at that point.
With cream eyeliner you can be a bit more messy it's the same general idea but you can make it nice a smudgy no reason to be as neat. For brand I recommend L'oreal for both, they make an amazing cream eyeliner, it's better than all the cosmetics counter brands. And they also make a nice liquid with a sponge tip applicator, which is easier to use.
For both applications I do not stretch or touch my eyelids at all, I keep both eyes open and just tilt my head up slightly which forces you to look down at the mirror exposing more of your lashline. How do I apply eyeliner to my top lid?
Try making tiny dots to start off with, and then connect them. Takes practice and a steady hand, but you'll get it. I like to use a black cake eyeshadow and a tiny paintbrush, add a little water, and make my own liquid eyeliner. Works just as well, if not better, and I feel it's more precise than the brushes that come with liquid eyeliner.
Close your eye, then pull on the outer-corner of your eye so your eye becomes ';tight';.
Then just slowly and a little bit at a time, apply it as close to your lashes as you can.
Make sure you put some mascara on too, it'll make your eyes pop!
Hope i helped :D
do little lines at a time instead of trying to do the whole lid at once.
make a line from the middle of the lid out.

How do you sharpen eyeliner pencils?
I tried using a regular pencil sharpener (handheld), but now the wood around the tip is rough and it feels rough on my eye.How do you sharpen eyeliner pencils?
Buy a pencil sharpener made for make up. I have Urban Decay's Grindhouse and it is amazing! It eats away the wood/ plastic part instead of the inside.
You can buy it at Sephora; that's where I got mine. [;

you should never use a regular sharpener it may infect ur eyes the best thing to do is get an eyeliner sharpener or what i would prefer would be an pen eyeliner it is smoother and u don't have to sharpen it
You can get really good sharpeners that are meant for eyeliner. You can get them cheap, but my mom uses pencil sharpeners and the rough part never happened.
Wasn't much help, but, I tried.
:)
You have to use an
eyeliner sharpener,
a regular sharpener will
destroy the pencil.

you can probably find one at a drugstore.
I had a children's ';makeup'; kit and the eyeliner sharpener that came with it works like a charm! it's purple and sparkly too!

Your supposed to sharpen it so that the wood doesn't touch your eye; Because it's not supposed to.

I know that you are wanting a drug store brand but I would tell you to use Avon. I buy from them because they really aren't that expensive. Most of the product i buy from them is around the same price i would spend in a store and i know that it Will work. They have a great gel eyeliner and a slanted brush set for about eight bucks! You could buy both in the store for the same amount with less of a guarantee that it would work.
Hope this helps and if not good luck!

What is the best eyeliner/mascara combo for a blonde girl?
Keep in mind I shop at Walmart. What is the best eyeliner/mascara combo for a blonde girl?
Girl you cheap. I suggest you use covergirl it makes you easy (not that you not easy already), breezy, beautiful. Or maybe its Maybelline its because your worthless. What is the best eyeliner/mascara combo for a blonde girl?
I like Loreal.
*With blond hair it is important not to go too dark...It is a night time look.
*Dark Brown (4 Dk. Blonde), or brown mascara (Lt. Blonde), is good for you. It will look natural.
*Black Mascara is better for night (Unless you have Bright Eyes, where black can really make them pop!).
*The trick is to make your lashes look sexy and full, without looking fake. You want some one to think, ';wow, she has pretty lashes,'; not, ';wow, how much mascara does this girl put on!';.
With Eyeliner, if:
*you have brown eyes, a deep warm brown will really define your eyes, but eggplant colors and greys look good too.
*With blue/green eyes, olive and gray and navy look nice. *You can find the ones with the ';smudgers'; at the other end that will blend it.
*After you put on your eye shadow, put on a thick line and then smudge it so it looks lighter and smokey. Then you can put another line right at the lashes to make them look even fuller, and fill any gaps between them.
*Pick the kind of eyeliner that is like a mechanical pencil, not the pencil sharpener kind. They offer more precision, bc the tips won't break off, and you don't risk tiny pieces of wood/material getting into the eye.
*Almay has good lines by eye color, with the shadow and pencil, but remember to stick with Dk. Brown mascara. With brown hair it pops like crazy, without looking fake like the black does.
At night, or when your dressed to the 9's, black is good with black eyeliner, or dk. gray, but then you cannot wear a really ';pop'; lipstick or color or your whole face will look ';painted.';
The classiest looks are natural eyes/bright lips, or Smokey or Dark Eyes/subtle lips.
Stick w/ the same product line for the eyes...sometimes the reactions can be bad for sensitive skin around the eyes.
i have a friend with blonde hair and she does everything.
find the brand maybelline and they have a little set of four colors in one and on the back it will tell you which color and where to apply it.
there's no best combo, just whatever you like best and whatever goes best with your skin tone and what not.
my favourite mascara is a lebanese creation called';bombing ambush'; and my favourite eyeliner is ';halal inspiration';. they me look so virginal.
or maybe it's maybelline. girl it's easy to be eazy breezy beautiful covergirl.

****don't get it in your eyes******
Huggies brand baby wipes unscented (the sensitive skin kind). Or vaseline, which is a lot messier.
Hair conditioner it's cheaper than anything else and not so greasy or oily... also good for shaving your legs
baby lotion or vaseline.
i use avon makeup remover though.
I just put some unscented lotion on a cotton round. It works fine. Scented lotions might burn your eye lids.
baby oil does the trick, but it might leave you vision a little blurred for a couple of minutes.

How do I apply eyeliner using eyeshadow?
I don't really like using pencil or liquid eyeliners...it usually looks bad on me. However, I have seen and heard of people using eyeshadow for their eyeliner. I don't know how to do this, so could you help me?? Thanks! How do I apply eyeliner using eyeshadow?
I'm guessing you already have the eyeshadow.
So what you need now is an angled brush.
Dip the brush in some water, then shake it out so its damp.
Now put some eyeshadow on it and apply the way you would liquid eyeliner.
鈾arah. How do I apply eyeliner using eyeshadow?
use an angle eyeshadow brush and sweep the shadow along the lash line. it takes a bit of practice to get it right, but its really easy. sonya kashuk makes a great inexpensive angle brush that you can buy at target.
Use very little amount of shadow around your eyes and then smudge it. You need to use darker colors for this purpose. Look into Everyday Minerals eye shadows at everydayminerals.com. The darker shadows look great as liners.
i have done this for a long time, and it is cheaper than buying extra products, just use the pointed end of the shadow brush, and apply like a pencil, so easy, hope this works for you
i use an eyeliner brush and get it wet and but it in the powder of the eyeshadow to make a paste. then i put it on my eyes.
although its very similair to using liquid eyeliner. but it makes it easier to match the eyeliner and eyeshadow. i prefer it over liquid at least on the top eyelid.
hope i helped
First off..pick out a dark shade..like a shimmery black..a dark green, or navy blue. Next, get a thin flat makeup brush (I've found that a thin lipbrush works well) and coat it in the eyeshadow (tap off any excess). Start from outer corner and line as close the lashline as possible, working the color into your lashes as well as on the line. Make the line thinner as you work your way towards the inner corner of your eye. If you want it to look darker and more intense, get the brush damp before dipping it into shadow. Loose shadow (meaning the powdery kind that comes in some sort of pot) works best, but if all you have is the flat compact kind, that works too. It might also help to prime your eyelids first with an eye primer such as Urban Decay Primer Potion...but even the cheaper drugstore stuff is fine.
okey dokey i used to do this but then i got bored. i don't know how to explain it but ill try the best i can.OK first you need like a small brush like really small. but not too small. after that you get some eyeshadow on the tip of the brush then all you do is just go against the bottom eye lid or whatever its called. (where you put the eyeliner) and just apply it as if you were applying eyeliner. might be hard the first time but just keep trying. that's what i did and i got perfect on it. hope that answered your question.
You take a brush that is small and wide but thing. And you get a little bit on the brush. You take the brush and apply it like eyeliner. You rub it just beneath the lashes, and make it as thin as possible. You can use anything to do this, but you have to make sure you are making a smooth line with he brush or whatever it is. Just try a couple times until you like it.
You need a eyeliner brush. They make them specifically for making a line around your lids with a powder. Buy the brush and the get the eyeshadow on the tip and tap on in small sections around your eye. Looks great! I do this every morning and it only takes a sec.
You mean like.. taking an eyeshadow pencil?

How do you wear eyeliner heavy? like how do you apply it ?
like wat r the steps to put it on and get that look ?How do you wear eyeliner heavy? like how do you apply it ?
the key is using a dark eyeliner and a brush......... i prefer the cream eyeliners... like fluidline and hip cream eyeshadow.. then just use an artists paintbrush or makeup brush and apply with a heavy hand. How do you wear eyeliner heavy? like how do you apply it ?
try using a pencil first, make the line fatter towards the outside of the eye. Once you get it the way you want it, go over it with liquid eyeliner which will make it look more dramatic. Experiment w/ cheap stuff until you get good at it.
u just apply more
get the eyeliner with an eraser thing at the bottom.
after you put eyeliner on, smudge it a little.
on the top: put a thin line on. this will be the base of where your liner will go. then make an arc all the way over it. from end to end. it will look like this (l. kinda. but sideways and it will extend to each end. to wherever you want it to go. then color it in with your liner.
for the bottom. just line it normally. and if you dont know how: just draw a line where your bottom eyelashes meet your eye. go over it a few times to get a darker affect.
hope this helped.

Well, I wouldn't reccomend doing this all the time, but what you do is apply black eyeliner [for a really dramatic look you could to liquid liner, but its harder to use] to your upper lash line, then the lower lash line and then inside your lower lash line, like the waterline or inner rim. Then, I guess in order to get the heavy look go over it again really hard? I don't know, I've never tried to make it look heavy. Then, for extra effect, you don't need to do this, but take the eyeliner and extend it a little past your outer corner and wing it up to get a cat's eye effect. I wouldn't do this look often as it looks really unnatural and freaky though.beaded necklace

Is there a special type of pencil to use when applying eyeliner on your upper lids?
also is there a certain way to hold the pencil? Is there a special type of pencil to use when applying eyeliner on your upper lids?
You would use an eyeliner pencil. My personal favorite is by Lancome because it goes on easy. You kind of hold the pencil at a slant, but you have to practice to see what works for you.Is there a special type of pencil to use when applying eyeliner on your upper lids?
If i were you, i'd use Liquid Eyeliner for your upper lid it stays on longer and doesn't smudge. But don't open your eyes too quickly after putting it on because it will not be dry and you're have a line of eyeliner on the crease of your lid.
It's not a regular pencil you should be using for the upper eye, it's the liquid stuff. Though that's considerably harder to apply. Like line exact from CG.
you can just use a regular eyeliner.
i like to use a kohl because they go on smoother and if you light it for a couple seconds i goes on like butter.
You can use whatever it just depends on the look you are going for. Personally I much rather use a mechanical or reg pencil.

How do you keep eyeliner from fading?
I need to know how to keep it from fading and also how to make it darker
i put alot on but it doesn't really look dark...How do you keep eyeliner from fading?
EYE PRIMER!!!!! It's so important!!!
Try urban decay eye primer potion...How do you keep eyeliner from fading?
Don't use the pencil eye-liner, use the luquid kind to make it dark. And another way 2 make it show, is to put eye liner on your eye lids. And add some eye shawdow. And if you don't want it do fade, use the water proof kind.
For me, on my lower line it always fades and smudges and I was getting sick of it. So I go into CVS and get a waterproof eyeliner pencil for like $10. And it worked!! I was so happy, it was perfect! It really stays on. When I go out, i make it dark and it lasts the whole night%26amp;day. =]
SOLUTION: Liquiid Eyeliner, its a BEAUTIFUL THING!!!!!!! In BLACK, Revlon Color Stay, i live by this stuff! %26amp; for the inner rims of your eyes, RIMMEL Waterproof in black, its a stick.
i put like a light shade of eyeshadow over it which also keeps it from running too
such as a sliver or something that matches the color eyeliner
i just always use silver cause it goes with pretty much everything
I put the base make up on my eye then put the eyeliner on and usually the better Quality stuff works better like clinique the cheaper stuff crumbles and falls off
i would use mac or sephora charcoal ; or mac has a black track fluid line eyeliner ; which is very dark or you can put a primer so it`ll stick %26amp;%26amp; wont fade .
I suggest using an eyeshadow over top the eyeliner, will give it more life.
get an eyeshadow that matches the eyeliner and get a small brush and put it ontop of the line : ]

Is it true that it is bad to put eyeliner on your lower eyelid?
i thought thats where everybody puts their eyeliner, but recently i was told that when you put it there, there is a high chance of infection and because it touches your eye.
true or false? Is it true that it is bad to put eyeliner on your lower eyelid?
False - unless you scratch your eye with the applicator, are allergic, or otherwise irritate it ..
Eyeliner particles will always 'bleed' into your eyes via oils and other airborne transmisions.
We'd be pretty puffy if this were true! Eyeliners would be off the market in this case.
But - NEVER use it to line the 'inside' rim of your eyes. Only use it 'under' the lash line.Is it true that it is bad to put eyeliner on your lower eyelid?
If you share makeup with others then it is very true, but if you are a fairly clean person and using your own makeup, then it is fine.
True, in a big way, true ! I read a book written by Bobbi Brown and also some articles written by other famous make-up artists, and they all said the same thing. The only time it should be used--and Bobbi Brown, who is probably the best make-up artist today and for the last decade has said ';never';---is for photo shoots. Bobbi Brown said that she never recommends lining the inner rim of your eyes because it can flake off into your eyes causing damage to your eye as well as your eyesight. Plus it is unsanitary, even if you are the only one using the liner pencil because bacteria grows best in warm moist areas, like your eye, and it is hard to disinfect your liner from the environment. She has also told her assistants not to apply liner inside the lid but alot of photographers like it because it shows the eye better and can highlight the eye for different effects. The magazines also tell girls to line the inner rim and the magazines are being negligent for doing that. Eye doctors hate it because in worse case scenarios, someone could lose their eyesight. Unfortunately, young women will do alot of things that are risky that the professionals do and the professionals are being negligent as well. I admire Bobbi Brown because she makes women look stunning without endangering their health.
No, but but it makes your eye look bigger.
false, dont u see mad ';emo'; bands with make up on, they made it for a reason, go wild :) hope u look sey too lol jk
what is put on lower lid is eye defining pencil.whenever i put eye liner on my lower lid i get burning eyes.so better avoid it.
infection occurs if u share ur eye liner with others. also, if u're using very old (more than 2 yrs) eye liner, there's a chance of infection as well.
That is not true, I have been a makeup wearer for a while, and have been putting eyeliner on my lower lids for the whole time and I have yet to receive an infection. But you do have a chance of getting an infection if your share your cosmetics with other people. Also, for your FYI, the best eyeliner to use is from Mary Kay, I am my best customer, go to marykay.com/cassandralane. Good Luck.
It makes you look more tired, as the day progresses, it will start to ';melt'; and make you look like you have TERRIBLE dark circles..that's the only bad thing i know about it..but i mean, as long as you don't share your liner with anyone..i suppose it's okay. make sure you clean the tip of the liner stick before applying to remove access bacteria, just to insure you don't get any infection.

What color of eyeliner and eyeshadow should I use for greenish blue eyes?
go to here: www.covergirl.com
they will assess you on skin tone, eye color, hair color and giv you all the right shades you need for all ur make-upWhat color of eyeliner and eyeshadow should I use for greenish blue eyes?
I too have the uniqueness of this eye color and I wear greens, blues, browns and black and purple and dark maroon too! So I guess any color would work, I usually try to match my eyeliner with whatever color shirt and necklace I am wearing! And same for the eyeshadow, but a lighter shade or application of it!What color of eyeliner and eyeshadow should I use for greenish blue eyes?
Find your eyecolor on a color wheel.
Pick the color directly across from it.
That will make your eyes pop.
my eyes are green blue and i use black eye liner and either purple eyeshadow or sometimes a REALLY light brown so that its hardly noticeable depending on your skin tone if your hair is a brown color then u might want brown eyeliner and not black
I have blue eyes and use Bobbi Brown Lilac or Taupe Eyeshadow and Eggplant colored eyeliner. For great makeup tips check out Carmidy on the TLC What Not to Wear show.
She has a new makeup book named ';The Five Minute Face.'; I think she is one of the best makeup artists in the business. You will like her ideas.
Your best shades are vanilla, taupe, coffee and cocoa for daytime; for a stronger look opt for slate grey, charcoal, air force blue and lilac to heather to really accentuate the blue of your eyes. Choose a brown, grey or charcoal eye pencil to further enhance your eyes.
